I like how technical Helium was. KI knew what the crowd wanted and hit them with the vibes.
If it were a battle of whos better at beatboxing he'd crush Inertia, but its more about putting on a show, and knowing what the crowd wants.

2024 and after watching all the battles this one is truly legendary that drop by the KING was ear bleeding credits to Helium for that comeback.
Legitimately the grooviest most technical most competitive battle I have ever seen. This is by far my favorite battle of all time, and no matter how many time I come back to watch it from time to time, it still gives me the goose bumps, and you KNOW I got that stank face going!

@@alko_odessit8218 Bruh Inward bass is hard to do but once you get it the most part of Inertia's routines are easy to do. That's why I think Inertia would loose against beatboxers like Dlow, becose Dlow have a insane inward bass to counterbeat Inertia BUT that's not all, Dlow have much other super crazy sounds and routines, he usually puts some technical hard parts on his beats so they are hard to counter.

This is undoubtedly my favorite battle of all time. I never actually heard much of Inertia before this event, so seeing him slam solo elims was absolutely crazy. Helium however, was a beatboxer I have followed for many years. I was so excited to see him qualify for top 16, but when I found out he had to go up against Inertia, I was like o _ o ''

Helium's counter is easily the best round of the entire gbb, no doubt, for me, all of the judges should have went for overtime even though it wasn't a option, but it will still force overtime, this battle was just too good
I liked Helium's drums more than Inertia's bass for some reason, what's good about Inertia is the flow and the placements of his special sound rather than the drops. This battle could've gone both ways.

I don't understand. His counter was nothing great. Firstly I want to say helium won for me. Awesome drums and the DNB was God level. Also helium is more complex. But his counter was just something anyone could do if the could do inward bass. It's also the first pattern you learn with inward bass. Heliums inward bass quality isn't as good as intertia's too. Inertia won just cuz of how rich his sound is. Also inertia makes too many mistakes all the time but helium is always precise to the point. Helium won easy for me.
@@amalmadhusoodanan5613 his counter actually hit harder than inertia's live, chezame confirmed it in his livestream also it's bcuz we didn't really see helium use inward bass that much, he really only used it in his wildcard, so it was surprising he countered inertia with the confidence that his inward bass is going to overpower inertia's, which he did

Absolutely unbelievable! This might be the best battle ever. The tech from Helium, the variations of sound from Inertia, the absolutely INSANE counter from Helium again in the second round. In my heart Helium won, but God DAMN was this an insane battle regardless!
