You should take a look at the videos from Hillary at old world home one of the things that she instituted which I would’ve done when I was a mother of young children was quiet time she has the kids do their own thing and calls it quiet time all the kids, no matter how old or young they are to give herself a little bit of time to catch up and distress so you may wanna think about quiet time as an option?

Oh I love that! I've heard of that especially as kids get older and may have trouble napping to institute a quiet time so they can choose to nap or play quietly alone for a certain period of time
