Hi Adam. I have a question, what should I do to improve my spelling, I have done many thing but non of them helped I still have mistakes in spelling. It is big problem for me. Although l know allot of things about essay, l always score badly because of my spelling.

The growing popularity of personnel’s work from home, or so-called “teleworking” has become an evident trend over the last years. Modern information technology, the availability of gadgets, such as smartphones and laptops as well as instant access to the high-speed Internet made it possible to effectively carry out a majority of business processes in a less-stressful and more time-effective manner. While there are other reasons for the trend, this assignment will consider these two factors as the most valuable ones for both employers and hires.
Working from home is more comfortable especially if compared to stressful overcrowded noisy offices. Interestingly, many professionals notice that relaxed atmosphere of private space does not have a detrimental effect either on the pace or on the quality of work. Instead, a serenity of own room may help to think creatively and be more productive. Supposedly, because of this reason employers allow the senior financial staff of many western companies to work from home before the period of preparation of annual and quarterly financial reports.
Another important factor is reduced time losses as there is no need to commute between home and work in the metropolis. Those trips may take hours which could be used for work, study and post job recreation. As for such time-consuming process as coordination among different departments inside the company, contemporary solutions as virtual conferences and group chats have made office conferences almost obsolete while still providing a quick exchange of opinions and fast decision-making procedures.
To summarize, instant access to the wide-band Internet combined with constant development of personal computers allow to effectively conduct business remotely from the comfort of own home. Ultimately both management and staff benefit from teleworking as it reduces overall working stress and saves time for both these sides.

i read your sample essay, it was great. However, in your conclusion paragraph, i came across a sentence that i couldn't figure out: ".... owing to the benefits it provides both employees and employers."
i feel like there should be a "for" after the word "provides", or after the word "both"; please correct me if i'm wrong.
i know that if it was written as: 'it provides both employees and employers some benefits" there was no need for the word 'for', though i cannot figure out the grammar of the original sentence.

Work from home culture has been debatable over some time. Not only employees but also the companies are promoting to do so, for certain reasons and benefits.
The development of computers, the internet, and mobile communication has reduced the importance of the location of work, as employees can function from home as well as from the office. Increased congestion on roads and fares of transportation has also forced the professionals to consider the option of working from home as a value proposition. Moreover; cities, which are the industrial hubs, have enlarged over the period of time, and therefore, many employees are forced to live far-off from the work to save rental cost. Daily commuting between home and workplace consumes a lot of time on a daily basis.
Time-saving seems to be the biggest benefit of working from home, as daily commuting and frequent gridlocks on-road eat a lot of time. One can spend more time with family due to this time-saving. Secondly, the travel cost is also saved when employees opt to work from home. Thirdly, it offers health benefits to an extent, as one need not expose to changing weather conditions during commuting. Moreover; less commuting saves energy in various forms as electricity used by vehicles and petroleum burned in vehicles. This energy-saving not only helps to reduce pollution but also natural resources.
Overall, technology has enabled employees and organizations to work from home for many professionals. Also, one not only can avoid bottlenecks, traveling discomfort, and travel costs, but also improve work-life balance with more time for family, and enjoy good health as well.

Over the years computers have become an inseparable part of people's lives. Companies allow their employees to work from home because taking the bus or any other vehicles means emitting fumes thus harming the environment. And that's much more comfortable to work from home =). These're benefits: vehicles produce less harmful substances, workers work more efficiently, work takes less time, employees aren't as tired as they'd be at work
