I had just driven 20hours and 45minutes straight to spend some time with a friend in the hopes of bringing her home.

Neither of us hearing it before.
We listened to it twice,
it instantly became our song.
Fast forward 4years, we now run a small business together, have a two and a half year old child

this song reminds me when I would get super high on like 5 different drugs (2cb, coke, molly, weed, alchool, cigarrets, meth) in college a lot and I didnt care if I lived. the drugs finally caught up and I almost died. Im 5 months sober with a heart problem but man listening to this gives me a feeling I cant describe. god bless

I got into a really bad car accident, walked out of the car pressed up against trees. I’m starting from the bottom again, mentally, financially and somewhat physically. This song makes me think of working hard to get to that point of freedom again

It takes work to fall in love. I like the context in which the song was put into, when Jules was consistently in contact with Nate and I see it as a reminder that if I want to experience love again, I have to put myself out there, I have to open up even if it means to risk getting hurt- you can’t expect love without pain.
Perhaps it’s just me, but after getting out of a relationship, it took me a long time to start dating again, it felt like so much work, I couldn’t keep up with any conversation, I was too comfortable being alone. This song is helpful

I listened to this song leading up to & during my labour. I had a beautiful home birth with candlelights, massages and romantic slow dancing. It was a spiritual and primal experience. I will never forget it and this song will always remind me of my strength & blessings.

Today I had a fight with a friend of mine because of my trust issues. She did hurt me several years ago but I never really forgave her. Just recently we openly spoke about how she did hurt me and we both confessed our love for each other. I openly told her that I don’t trust here so we said we are focusing right now on rebuilding trust. The fight today ended and we’re fine again. But I’m now really noticing that we are on a journey of building up trust again and that it will take time and work for that to happen again. Funnily enough I stumbled upon this song today. It’s a great song.

beautiful inside and out, head to toes, doesn't matter, the way a person soul shows in there passion, and when I first laid eyes on her, it was truly truly authentic, not demanding, not taking a side, just real love in the air when she performs, I mean that in a way that not many would understand, performing in a world full of people that are ignorant is a challenge, but if you really don't care and have a purpose then its means so much more, to be honest the effort that goes in, had me walking blindly for a few days, that people can be so so real and yet beautiful all at the same time. could only wish and say blessing to the future. to have to walk away hurt even more

I broke up with my long distance boyfriend after I noticed i wouldnt be able to make it work. This song strangely helped me understand that, and helped me start healing. Long process. But listen to this every day.
I try to use it as motivation for me to get my life together. It’s the perfect song to listen to while trying to get out of my slump and cleaning what I call my “depression room”. It’s going to take work, but slowly maybe I can make some change. Maybe I can try. It’s going to take work to get out of this awful depression daydream but I have to try. This song feels comforting when I think about my life.

My good childhood friend is experiencing homelessness right now and the other day he showed up to my house to say goodbye. He was planning on killing himself that night. After about an hour of pleading and convincing, he became angry and distraught to the point where he was absolutely delusional and wouldnt let me stop him walking out my front door. I looked at him and said "if your gona kill yourself at least smoke a joint with me first before you go" I lit up a doobie and he requested I put on a song. He pulled this song up on youtube. He immediately broke down and started crying. After that I was able to calm him down and get him to stay over. This song saved my friends life.
