CAA is proposed to deal with the outside(refugee) problems outside India for foreign neighbours.

There was no word secularism, in constitution preamble initially but added during emergency undemocratically. Hindu dharma respect all other religions, where as abrahamic religion, after so many deliberations, only say tolerate which is different from Hindu dharma.
