Bench Press: 220kg
Deadlift: 378.5kg
For an incredible total of 978.5kg at the bodyweight of 106kg!

He just started with conventional deadlifting. Always pulled sumo and if I remember correctly his sumo comp pull is still higher than conventional.

Sounds like this stance is easier for him
@@MirNovichok He is a sumo puller. If I'm not mistaken he did his last training cycle with conventional for developmental purposes.
Bob is different....
Bobb talks about Rondel like he's borderline unbeatable, simply too gifted etc, but if he was willing to gain the weight he'd be right there with him. You can't convince me that a 119kg Bobb wouldn't be well into the 1000's!
He just doesn't want all the weight to be fat sp he's climbing slow
If he's well into the 1000s, that'sa big gap. Rondel is looking like he has the 1100 right now and still improving.
