After watching this, I had a thought and a question. Do you ever think about your safety in these types of situations? What happens when you interview a person like joker who has true psychopathic/sociopathic traits and then they think that you did or said something wrong? He could stalk you or your friends and family. I would be very careful. I don’t think he would think twice about killing or torturing anyone he thought did something wrong.
Why would he be so stupid to kill somebody he knows? He might want to kill them sure but why do it? You seem to think that "sociopaths" lack control. Sure they might have poor impulse control but this is usually mitigated by age. If he was a homicidal sociopath he would most likely kill random people not somebody who would be directly linked to him so as to be able to get away with it longer and like the Golden God wisely said: to get off.

If you do the math correctly his story doesn’t add up he did the crime at 12 years old got sentenced when he was 14 spent 32 years in jail making him 46 years old his niece is now 32 meaning there’s a 14 year difference in age with that being said if he committed the crime at 12 years old his niece wouldn’t even have been born yet she would literally be negative 2 years old

So a 12 year old grabs a 45 and walks down the street and shoots a grown man in the kneecap, shoots a woman on the phone, a guy in the back of the head, two more people at point blank range, and then tortures the guy he wounded for days. Again, as ive responded to so many other comments, anyone saying this dude is lying or saying things like "let me see yoir paperwork"... its so painfully obvious theyve never done any time before....... and thats a good thing, as no one should ever want to be exposed to incarceration. Prisons have stopped issuing or letting people carry their paperwork for years, and a basic search of someones first and last name can reveal info for convicted cases. Its beyond obvious that hes not lying.

ASHLEY Macias in California they HAVE to give you your discovery because you have a right to research and defend your case. At the same time, as an inmate in general population you MUST present your paperwork when you hit the yard. If you don’t you have just a few weeks to present it or you will be attacked. As a former ward of the state, I hear a hurt child . The story of my parents signed me away. Many of us lived it. Some of us understand why it happened or have forgave. I know I was out of control and they believed the resources would help keep me safe. I use to hate them for that too. I also heard a lot of war stories and over exaggerated stories. But just like a veteran, the most real situations don’t get reminisced about.

Yeah, I have some issues with this:
1) I think that there's a strong possibility that this guy is lying or or omitting or exaggerating or otherwise being untruthful. He's either trying to make himself look better or sound tougher or both. It's not uncommon among psychopaths.
There are a lot of holes.
He was 12 and didn't know how to fight? Yet he was capable of nailing a full grown man to the floor? Either this was a very small man or he was very large at 12 years old or he's full of shit. He also kicked down a door at 12...
Now, it's perfectly possible that the torture and dismemberment might not have reached the press. A lot of explicit details are kept from the public if possible for a number of reasons, but a 12 year old killing 5 people would definitely make the news and there's good chances that he's still be (in)famous now.
Also the giving PCP to the niece sounds fishy as well. Drugs aren't cheap and to give enough PCP to give someone brain damage is throwing away a lot of money. The guy who did it likely would have been arrested pretty quickly. Nobody in the family took issue with it enough to report the guy or kick him out or anything? Just righteous Joker, the only person who gave enough of a shit to avenge his niece... Psychopaths love to make themselves both the heroes and the victims of their stories.
2) Regardless of anything, regardless of whether this story is completely true or completely bullshit, this guy is almost certainly a psychopath. He either killed 5 people and shows no remorse and implies he'd do that type of thing again in the future or he's the kind of person who would make up a story about butchering people for infamy. The only tears he sheds are for himself. Not for his victims or for his niece or for anyone else. Just poor Joker.
3) To those people who are going, "He seems like a nice dude" and who are serious, you have to be incredibly naive or a fellow sociopath/psychopath to think that this guy is anything other than dangerous and not the cool and glamorous type of dangerous either, but more like the rapes a teenage girl and smashes her head in with a chunk of concrete and tells the court with a straight face that she seduced him and then attacked him and he was acting in self-defense type of dangerous.
4) And if Joe happens to read this, I got a lot of love for what you do. I support you trying to give ex-cons another chance and I don't even think a murderer is beyond redemption, but this guy isn't worth your time.

nah, he was sentenced at age 16. But, he had been sitting in jail doing his time since day 1 of being in jail. So at 12.5 yrs old is when the math starts, not 16. He would have gotten credit for the 3.5 yrs he sat in jail before actually being convicted.

Well it really depends on how severe his parkinsons is. Like he said he's taking a medication (there are several) and has a surgically implanted deep brain stimulant. That should reduce a lot of the shaking especially if he has a minor case, probably enough to make tattooing doable.
