Nice
Dat riff tho.
I need to take care of something.
Sounds like early Post-hardcore
Is post hardcore a real thing
@@leahflower9924 Well from what I heard and have looked into it was basically a more structured, yet also more experimental updated version of Hardcore punk and also had roots in Post-punk, Punk rock and Noise rock. It got a lot of flack during the the mid 2000's because a lot of Post-hardcore also crossed over into emo music.
I'm no music theory expert, but I've listened to quite a bit of Post-hardcore when I was a kid. Bands like Aiden, I Am Ghost, Billy Talent and even Hawthorne Heights (one of the emo groups I was alluding to) all fell under that definition as a general rule.
But yeah it's basically like Hardcore punk but can be played for more than like 2 or 3 minutes, tends to have more melody and structure and it's more well produced.
@@leahflower9924 this type of song sounds a lot like something Billy Talent would produce but obviously with a different vocalist lol
its just punk rock mate
@@martineinon3708 Mate, you know that Post-hardcore is just a heavier variety of Punk rock with influences from other genres of Punk right? Tbf though it probably is just Punk rock but not all Wipers songs are just Punk rock like the opening track Just a Dream Away from Land of the Lost, doesn't just sound like Punk rock, there is Alternative metal mixed in there too.
