You can take a year off, up to 3 for twins in my country. You can't work month prior to your birth date, bc that is not healthy. And I think they make you take min 3 months after. And after a mom's year a father has the right for the paid leave for up to 6 months I think. So yeah, my friend had a baby 5 months ago and she is so glad she doesn't have to work because she is exhausted from not sleeping at night and stuff. It would be irresponsible to work like that (she is a doctor)

The trench coat was a show stopper. Those island planes are just a step up from a helicopter! You just have to remind yourself they do that trip once a day every day of the year. When you travel around Paradise island tours, when you land, you soon forget about how you got there. Totally worth it in my opinion.

Yeah in Denmark we get 1 year paid maternity leave ☺️ and it's not only if you have a job. I was a student and the same goes for students. One year paid leave. ☺️ If you are on well Faire you actually get more in that one year then when you weren't on maternity leave. Buuut we all do pay high taxes for that to be able to be a reality. Well that and other thing like free scrolling, free health care and such.
