can u please let me know how to make the hot keys work for HEAVYPAINT, as in both iPad and Mac my keyboard is not working but for working for other software like procreate and clip studio
I'm also left handed and thought about abusing a keyboard or some other kind of audio controlling device for remapping shortcuts and all. It totally sucks to always have to cross hands while painting on the pc in various softwares. I'm german and german keyboards have a second Alt Key on the right side that doesn't work for painters because it is basically emulating Alt+Ctrl, only way around I found is AHK. Great idea man, love the painting!
Yup...UI is all backwards for us all the time...the app has Left and Right handed modes (although basic) which move the color circle so your hand doesn't cover it

How did you map midi to the controls in HP?
Alan Minter did this on an Atari ST ni the mid-80s - congrats for reinventing this, I've been wondering the same! :o)
Cool. thanks for the pointer...those old paint programs look cool!
