Appreciate the knowledge
I have to go to Federal court for violating my probation for smoking marijuana. However my probation officer said she is not recommending jail time because I've been doing exceptionally well. I've had a book published about my life, I'm mentoring kids, I've been working since I've been home and have an apartment, car and haven't been in any trouble. I have 8 years of supervision and have completed 6. Also I'm diagnosed with PTSD and see a therapist every week that the probation pays for. That's why I smoke weed. My question is will the judge take my probation officer recommendation into consideration

Justin, you were great in the colleges scandal documentary! A real natural. If you can answer my questions. I see RDAP is listed under FSA programs. Is the credits worth a year early release? UNICOR is under FSA too. So all the time credits you accumulate can be used for early release to half-way house or home confinement? So what is limit on early release credits? Can you go over FSA credits in the future? Thanks for your help!
Hawaii no longer has federal halfway houses. The last one shit down in 2018. Do they just do home confinement instead?
Can a person who is in a halfway house in one county be placed on gone confinement in another county
How do the monitor situation go when you never had a case are but you charge with conspiracy.. and I only had some pills I have nothing to do with the conspiracy and what they did I’m in a monitor now with a job and no valations

I have been home since September 27, 2022, on the CARES act. I did 5 months of RDAP, and opted to go home on the CARES act. I checked my computation today and my FSAs have been taken away. Is there something I can do?
Hello had a question my wife just put in for cares act medical approved it how long does it take for process to go threw usually??? Also the same thing happened to her they took her FSA credits.
