This is my new valentines gift to myself I began to do these workouts starting today and I must say my balance is not the best but I used a chair for added support and for the leg lifts I had to use a pillow under my hip for added support as well it was hard but I took my time and I did it 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾thanks agin sis

Omg the burn in those floor leg lifts and knee to chest lifts had the top of my hips so flexed with burn I had to walk to stop the burn....Wow!❤
