  • There are many ways to warm up in handball training, with the Nøtterøy men from Norway we now learn 3 ways. These can be structured or extremely fun. One warm-up is done by coach Robert Hedin. He uses a lot of strength exercises and long runs in his warm-up. While athletic trainer Kennie Boysen uses a lot of stretching and mobility exercises. The team has its own plan for the end and uses movements from different sports. They play golf, run over hurdles and throw discus. Check out this creative form of warming up!
