    Nice one. There can't be too many people who've dropped an L67 into a VN.. Most people would go the 8 cylinder route, or build the Buick engine that came standard in the VN.
    For the most part, I like how it all sort of bolts up minus some minor mods.

    Scotty you're going to get sick of replacing those cheap header gaskets... you can buy MLS from the GTP in the US. They are just like the LS gaskets. Can re-use for ever. We got ours from ZZP or Intense Racing. Maybe Steve at Mace has some. They don't leak or blow out like the cheapo ones.

  • @7071t6
    @7071t6 Před 4 lety

    Scotty mate once you have made sure they fit, should be taking that blue so called heat proof paint off and get the real deal heat proof paint, which goes upto 1,5000 degrees F ,that way at least you have some protection from the extractors / headers IMHO, i understand you have budget restraints but hey for what i understand paint cans are not really that expensive?
    Also i believe that VN is from regional victoria as well i remember seeing the rego plate, lol :)
    also Scotty why not weld a valve type screw type end to the release pipe on the engine hoist that way you can turn it so much easier and with greater control, nothing worse than trying to turn a pipe around to try to control the lowering of a engine and transmission like that, just saying, so much easier when you weld a larger round valve type fitting on the nd of the pipe?

    20 other brands out there that don't go around the shaft and work just as good ,why pacemaker why? Great headers but on 6 bangers they're a pain in the arse 🤔😂
