I refer to laws as being written in clay because they can be molded any way you want them, but only as long as they do not violate our Constitution and constitutional rights, which are written in stone, not clay. Our freedom of speech, of expression and right to bear arms are all written in stone. A history of law makers passing laws that violate the constitution or constitutional rights in any way, cannot legally act as a precedent for interpreting our constitution. I have crawled into the minds of the framers of our Constitution and Bill of Rights and now know what they meant when they wrote in stone that our rights to bear arms shall not be infringed. It means they looked upon the security and integrity of this nation and the inalienable rights of all Americans to be so critically important, that they left no room for law makers to use their clay to circumvent the right to bear arms, but that is exactly what our Supreme Court did with its ruling on misdemeanor domestic cases. And it is why I will not honor this ruling. It is a flagrant violation of our second amendment right to bear arms. Yes, there will be people that violate this right, just as there are people that violate their right to free speech and expression by becoming major pains in the butt, but that is the hand dealt to the American people. The only way to legally change this is to amend our Constitution via a convention of states. We may not use clay to do it.
