SSRI medication can take away fear….taking away fear can lead people to do things without having the fear or thinking twice about what they are really doing….this is also why people take their own lives while taking SSRIs….it removes the fear. I bet we will never know if he was on them or not because they try to hide this information from the public. I was on an SSRI medication briefly so I know first hand of how it takes fear away…and also shame and embarrassment and other things that usually keep people from doing wrong. I quickly got off that medication once I realized that it made me not think properly. We all need fear and shame and embarrassment and other emotions….these are the things that help us behave properly and not just act on impulse.
