Now we know there was an agreement for the RNC cops to have zero contact with the general public and they were not supposed to be using a local park as a staging area.

What does being “a known Jehovah’s Witness” have to do with this? “Known mental health challenges” is vague and even if true would only be relevant if a dozen other things were true. If he lived with a delusional or psychotic disorder, that woman calling him “Jehovah” was far from helpful. I am not 100% sure on this, but it seems that Jehovah’s Witnesses would not adopt the name “Jehovah” outside of their religious affiliation.
