I also definitely have long-lasting anxiety and body issues but it's never gotten serious enough for me to go to the doctor. I've never had panic attacks, but there's always been small signs. I've been through long phases of insomnia, I overthink myself into a frenzy sometimes, and I completely feel the everything has to be a particular way. like I'm super anal about where to place things in my apartment and small dumb stuff like how to wash my dishes.
