I've heard these coil over 4x4 lift conversions are very prone to bump steer. What's the story behind that?

By doing the 4x4 conversion, will that help lift the Chinook? I always feel like mine will bottom out, and I'm seriously considering doing the 4x4 conversion by you in Portland, OR. I'm just down the road in Oregon.
