Hi if you suffer with acne I would suggest you to wash your face with cold water 2 times daily, do not use too much skin products, so maybe just a
mosturizer and a serum, and if you can try not to use clay masks because I heard they can rip your skin off, and if you rub ice on your face for 2 minutes
that could also help, if this doesn't work then I would recommend going to your dermatologist as they may give you acutane which helps with acne, sorry
if this doesn't work with you though because everybody's skin is different and beautiful in their own way :)

I tested gram flour as facewash, but it gave me rashes. Therefore, later, I switched to littleextraa riceberry face wash, and trust me, my skin has so much benefitted from this and got healthier than how it was... pimple and spots reduced, blemishes reduced, open pores reduced, and skin has become brighter and softer, and I am getting compliments from friends these days.

Rice Berry Cleanser is a gentle and effective facial cleanser that leaves my skin feeling clean, refreshed, , and hydrated. I love that it is away from any toxic chemicals or fragrances, making it perfect for my oily skin. After using it for a few weeks, I've saw that my skin looks clearer , and appears softer. The pump bottle is convenient , and easy to use, and a little amount goes a long way. Overall, I highly recommend rice berry face wash for anyone looking for a gentle yet effective cleanser that won't irritate the skin.

This wasnt the point tbh and yeah her skin did look a bit damaged. Sometimes it's the things we acc do is that makes it bad. You dont have to have or physically see proper bad acne, dry/oily skin or a rash to say it's bad. The fact that her face was red and blotchy shows that she may have quite a but of sensitivity to her skin and inflammation. Both these things can be signs of an unhealthy skin barrier. But overall her skin was decent you can see she has healthy young skin m'a.

She did whatever her skin needed :) but let’s keep in mind that everyone has different skin so she might have used something that your skin doesn’t need to clear it up :) some people are saying she stop using a harsh exfoliant. Which I agree a harsh exfoliant is very damaging to the skin. So always go for a very gentle one and that has acne fighting ingredients. Such a salicylic acid ,benzyl peroxide, alpha hydroxy acids, Teatree oil ( if your skin is sensitive use something unscented!), Sulfur, and retinol is amazing! Also look for very hydrating ingredients such as glycerin, ceramides, and niacinamides. Also just go for those ingredients in your cleanser :)
