@@muskangupta569 So uh, during the last few days of march,I had a breakout which was probably due to using a product not suitable for my skin.(possibly an allergy to saffron, which was the ingredient in the product I used, which was a whitening soap) Then, I listened to this pretty much every night; along with using tea tree oil and calamine lotion to dry out the acnes. And yes, this contributed a lot; it actually slowly faded my acnes away, and the acnes started to peel off whenever I washed my face with a face wash.(I know this may sound like it was just the tea tree oil and calamine lotion working, but it really isn't the case; because this subliminal actually helped my skin become more clearer, and I think my pores tightened a bit, too.)

For everyone reading the comments let me tell you my story with this specific sub. So around earlier 2021, I found this sub when my skin was struggling from really dry, harsh acne on my cheeks and forehead, and this sub gave me such good results from a couple months of listening and yes it sounds long but it gradually got better and I was beyond confident.
And throughout all of summer my skin was completely perfect, yes small blemishes here and there but overall perfect...but as soon as school started in September my skin has YET AGAIN broken out. It's now October and my face is worser then it ever has been in SO long and I'm devastated and I feel even more insecure then I ever have been. But at the time where I made my first comment, my forehead acne wasn't bad at all and was barely there but a couple weeks ago it got really bad, the worse it's ever been, but now it's gotten MUCH better.
