The most juggles ive done is 52 and average about 10-20. Can't wait to come back to this video in 4 weeks and see how much progress i make. Also this us a really good video and just subscribed❤❤

Record Week 1 After Watching (4/12/2024): *12* - made it to 12 the other day. Still practicing 10-30 minutes daily. Will update again in 1 week from today.
Record Week 2 After Watching: *20*
Just over two weeks later, I'm finally starting to average about 7-8. That's an acceptable improvement, considering I was only averaging 2-3 before. This is all after practicing for a minimum of 30 minutes every day for the last two weeks.
It’s alright I used to struggle to get to 10 juggles too! Work at it every day and I can’t wait to see how you progress!

The short of it is: I've improved quite a bit, but I still have a long way to go. I realized that it's ultimately about practicing consistently; that's how you get the improvements.
@@DrGetgood absolutely! There’s some tricks and things you can do to make it a more enjoyable process but that’s really the only way you can improve. And this is the same for most soccer skills. While your technique and mechanics can be improved, it cannot be done with lots of consistent training😁

My current record is 1464 but when I'm just juggling for fun I'm able to do around the worlds and getting over 250 consistently for sure

Can you do a tutorial on how to knee juggles
So I don’t think I have time to make a full video on that, but I’ll type it out and let me know if you have questions!
I’m assuming you mean using your thigh.. to juggle with your thigh, meet the ball with your knee up. It should be parallel with the ground. A key for using your thigh is making sure you pop up the ball enough to give yourself enough time to get your other thigh up for the next touch. Sometimes a leaning back slightly can help because it makes it easier to get your thigh up. Please let me know if this helps!
@@KreiderAcademy oh ok, btw I wanna ask which surface area of your thigh should you use like near the knee area or middle part
@@codapapi you can use either! The area you want to use is anywhere from a few inches above your knee to the middle of your thigh. Any closer to the knee you may struggle to pop the ball up and and higher than mid thigh you may struggle with getting enough power!

I'm able to start perfectly... I can do 15 but I'm not able to continue the juggling... Please give some tipss
I was the same way when I was learning. The way I got through it was dedicating 30 minutes - 1 hour juggling every day. Sometimes I’d get really frustrated so I’d play music while I juggled to make it a more enjoyable grind
I also had a coach of mine who every week or two required us to reach a juggling score in front of him. It forced me to go out and practice a ton because otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten the score I needed. Maybe you can do this with a friend? That way they can push you and hold you accountable! Im late but I was wondering if thr will be a difference between juggling barefoot and with boots.
Btw my avg is ard 4 and my record is 14
There definitely is a different feel for juggling barefoot as opposed to in boots. But improving your juggling either way will see your ability improve in the other! I generally juggle with boots on since I generally practice at the field. Hope this helps👍🏼
Day 1 was rather disappointing, avg 5-6 unstable kick ups and highest was 9. I juggled for abt 20mins today barefoot, hopefully tmr will be btr when i try out with boots.

@@KreiderAcademy May I ask how long it took for u to go from barely 10 juggles to juggling 100+ times continuously? Also, how do u ensure that the ball only goes upwards, cause despite watching vids and practicing, the ball always seem to go towards the sides? Cheers
I think it took me about a year. I can't remember exactly anymore since that was probably 13 years ago now🤣
The most likely cause of your problem is where you are making contact with the ball. If you don't hit the ball in the center of it, the ball will go left or right. The best way to improve this though is practice and I know it can feel helpless at times, but you have to be persistent.
The biggest reason why I improved at juggling so quickly is that we had a juggling record we had to achieve weekly at training when I was younger. So I had to spend hours working on it daily until I could consistently reach the goal so I could do it in front of my coach. Set a goal, hold yourself accountable to it no matter what. And you'll be shocked how much better you'll get fast because you're practicing so much. Hope this helps!!@@GoatedMerchant23

@@KreiderAcademy well firstly im suprised you remembered to respond but once when i was "practicing" i hit an impressive 8 and one of them,I controlled without even looking but stopped because my ball got punctured; so i had to pause my football journey
