Great video. The way you considered everyone is amazing
Thank you🫶🏼🫶🏼
I love the drill with passing, turning then dribbling the cones. I often found passing drills static but that one makes you pass on the move which feels like a rare drill when training on your own
Exactly! Passing on the move makes the drill feel more game realistic than doing it static. I’m glad you’re loving the drill😊🫶🏼
You're videos are so much different and helpful than other channels
Thank you! I’m glad you’re enjoying the videos😁🫶🏼
Congrats on how well this video did bro! ❤
Thanks bro! Means a lot🫶🏼🫶🏼

Thank you so much! That means a lot 😊🫶🏼
Bro I love your video it help me to improve, like a coach
That’s awesome! That’s my goal with these videos. To try and coach players even though I can’t be there to physically help😁🫶🏼
I like the way you've put your thoughts and practices across to your audience. Smooth!
I recommend this channel. *Thumbs up!*

Great video!

i love you man
Love you too bro
Great video.
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it🫶🏼
I’d say the only important skill in soccer, is being able to see the whole field as a player. Know the game to win the game
Certainly is a very important skill, but definitely not the only important one. You have to be able to execute on what your vision right?
Hi its been a long time since I’ve seen your vids so I just wamted to ask if you can can make a video for a full fullback partner training drill
Sure! I have several other videos in the works now so it’ll be a while but I can get that for you👍🏼
Class vid
Thank you🫶🏼🫶🏼
And a video on what footballers should do in the gym
Absolutely! I’m working on making a second channel where I’ll show more lifestyle type of things, gym routines, etc. That’ll come in the next few months so stay tuned👀
The best tip to getting good is train bare foot. Legends like ronaldinho, pelè,maradona all trained bare foot
True
100%
sure but wheres the source to why i should do this?
@@rayrayfrwhy do you need a source ? lol either do it or don’t
@@mikee3261 i want a source because the guy here has said "tip", this basically implies that it wke you better. A BETTER choice of words would be "rumour" or"it is believed..." anyways not trying to start an argument have a good day.
Can you make a video on how to be an all rounded player
Sure! It’ll be a while because I have other videos in progress but I’d be happy to make that for you!
Bro pls do a video on how to dribble against defenders
Check out my video from six months ago titled “The Ultimate Guide to Beating Defenders 1v1”
I hope it helps😁🫶🏼
I train pretty much everyday for 3 or 4 hours and on weekends 8
That’s lots of training! Make sure it’s high quality so that way you’re getting the most out of your time and effort👍🏼💪🏼
@@KreiderAcademy I usually work on agility passing and dribbling because I’m a midfielder
@@footballtekkz sounds good! Those are certainly important attributes for midfielders👍🏼
Je ne suis qu'une marionnette à fils pour Toujours devant tant de talent... ! Je m'identifie naturellement à un simple pantin de bois, et je trouve cela si beau...
I do leg workouts 30 minutes everyday, on weekends i train short passing for about 30 minutes, I also play for 1-2 hours everyday with my friends but its mostly matches, I also do cardio for 30 minutes, can you help me improve this plan and give feedback on it?
PS: Im very young I still have time to grow.
Sounds like a good schedule! I’d recommend getting more technical training if possible. Playing is awesome since it allows you to apply your skills to game scenarios and pressure, but you don’t get the same volume of touches as you do with individual or even small group training.
I’d recommend getting at least 30 minutes of training on your dribbling, defending, crossing, and shooting too. That way you’re developing all the skills to your game! You’re so young, even if you’re in a position where you don’t shoot or cross often in games, you may change positions as you get older! I hope this helps and keep up the hard work😁🫶🏼
@@KreiderAcademyThanks Kreider Acacemy, also do you mean I get 30 minutes for each of these training drills or adjust my time and do it all in 30 minutes?
@@khadirateytalla428 I’d add as many additional 15-30 minute blocks in to work on that stuff as possible. Unfortunately I understand you don’t have unlimited time so I’d recommend when you do have that extra time you only work on one or two skills at a time.
For example, one day you work on your dribbling and shooting. The next time you work on defending and crossing, etc.
im not in an academy i can still use these right?
Absolutely! Go try it out yourself👍🏼
❤❤
Glad you enjoyed it😊🫶🏼
I train 2 times a week which is my co curricular activity, 2 hours so 4 hours per week. But i play for 30 minutes during lunch and maybe 1 hour after school so maybe 1 hour 30 minutes per day ( however its just playing matches and not individual training) is this enough or should i put in an extra additional individual training?
That’s a lot of playing which is great because it’s fun and enjoyable while also allowing you to test your skills in game situations.
I would try to get more individual training in because you get way more touches on the ball and reps at skills you need to improve. But that also depends on what level you want to play at. If you want to play high school or a lower level college then that’s probably enough. If you want to play at a top d1 or at the professional level you definitely need more individual or small group training. I hope this helps😁🫶🏼
Do you want to play pro?
No just wanna become better@@ralliedcookies4403
Oh i see thank you@@KreiderAcademy
Of course! If you just want to get better, you will see improvements with what you’re currently doing. Just know that if you do more technical training you’ll get even better than where you’ll get with what you’re currently doing. I hope that makes sense👍🏼
I do train every day except Saturday and i think I’m going to stop Sunday to rest for the game Saturday
If you’re training 5 days a week and playing a game on Saturday I highly recommend taking Sundays off! It’s important to give your body the time to recover it needs, as well as your mind👍🏼
I want to play but i want to get better first i train 2 hours a day evrey day except fri and sat should i be doing more?
That’s a decent amount of training! But it depends on your goals and your team’s level. To become a professional player you’d need to train more, but if the team you want to play for isn’t that great, like high school or something like that then you’re probably doing plenty. Just make sure that the time you’re training is high-quality practice! Hope this helps🫶🏼
I strength train to failure for 1 hr a day, then i go for runs/walks for 40 minutes then i 44ain football for 45minutes to 1hr 30 mins a day depending on when i get back from school is this good
This all depends on your age, skill level, fitness, etc. It is impossible to say for 100% certainty. But that is a lot of effort and training!
What I would say is if you’re a fit player, then do less running and walking and spend more time working on your technical skills. Maybe run 2 or 3 days a week instead for every day for example… Spending that time on your technical ability will make a big difference over time. If you’re not in good shape though then yes what you’re doing is good. Hope this helps🫶🏼👍🏼
Ya I'd say I'm in good shape, so how long should I train football a day, and I strenght train 5 day a week, and on the weekend I focus on dribbling and pasing but should I do runs on the weekend
@@jj68262 Yes. Since you're in shape, there isn't much reason to do extra running often. That time is better spent developing your technical ability! If you start feeling out of shape you can then increase your running to fix that.
I'd recommend training at least an hour 5-6 days a week. It partly depends on your goals. If you want to be a pro then you'd need a minimum - 1 hour 30 minutes | 6 days a week.
I usually aim for 1.5 to 2 hours every time I train. If it's a recovery day then maybe I'd do less, like an hour or so. I hope this helps!
@KreiderAcademy thank you, what do u do after your training? And I do 6-8 Drills for 10 minutes each is that good?. And also what drills could I do for first touch, I just do wall Juggling with 1 bounce before I touch the ball. Thank you 😊
@@jj68262 normally I work on crossing, finishing, or 1v1s after training. Then I do some stretching and rolling out before leaving training.
That sounds good! If you want some first touch drills, this video had several for you. If you want some drills to do with a partner then watch my video "7 BEST Partner Drills to Improve your First Touch"
Other than that, just check out my other partner training videos. They'll have drills that'll help improve your first touch. Even if you don't have a partner you can do most of them with a wall or rebounder. To find these videos check out my "partner training sessions" playlist. Hope this helps!
i dont have walls or there is no wall nearby
The best option is find a buddy to train with. It keeps you accountable and it’s fun to have someone to workout with. But you can do everything with a partner that you would use a wall for.
If you don’t have a friend then I have a link to the rebounder I use in the video description. It’s a little expensive though so the alternative is to look a little harder for a wall. It’s just great because you can get hundreds and thousands of touches so quickly and improve your passing and first touch.
I’d suggest finding a partner, then a wall of no friend, then a rebounder if you can’t find a wall. If none of that works then you’ll have to use different drills but one of those should work for you! Hope this helps🫶🏼🫶🏼
I'm overwieght and I'm trying so hard to lose it but I do everything to lose weight but the one time I eat unhealthy I gained it all back what can I do for more stamia
Without going too much into the exact details of your situation.. Know that weight loss is something that takes a long time and requires a ton of discipline to achieve.
Obviously eating unhealthy can set you back like it did but another thing that helps is decreasing the portions of food you eat. Early in the process you’ll be very hungry since you are used to eating more food but it gets easier over time and even easier when you’re seeing results.
Weight loss is a topic that has so much information on it too! It’s as simple as eat less calories than you burn throughout the day but there’s many intricacies to help you with it!
I can’t cover it all in a comment like this but I suggest looking up information on it yourself. If you have any specific questions or want to hear my thoughts on a plan I’d be happy to help! I’m not a nutritionist but I have taken classes for nutrition at college and I have a very good foundational knowledge on it. I’d be happy to help guide you but I can’t explain everything to you if that makes sense… there’s just too much to go over. Hope this helps and good luck🫶🏼🫶🏼
the last week I trained 22 hours, it is good?😅
That’s plenty of time training! That’s over three hours a day! Just make sure your training is high quality so you’re taking full advantage of the time you’re putting in👍🏼
Bruh me who plays with my idiot friends who r all on the ball whenever someone gets it like 7 players defenders attackers mid all players on one player who is trying to goal
I mean soup is good…
Absolutely! What’s your favorite?
comet field and pucillo field?
Yep!
Before u master game u should master the fact that it is called football not soccer
It’s the same sport no matter what you call it! You can call it football and I’ll call it soccer. It’s the beautiful game regardless😁
Hi. I'm 15 yrs old and at one point in time I was really good at football, that was before the pandemic. Over the lockdown period I turned into a gamer and kinda lost most of my agility and alot of my dribbling and quick thinking skills and reflexes. I haven't put on weight or anything I don't even know what happened to me. I still have my speed and my ball control though. Is there anything I could do to reach where I was at or I have to start all over again from scratch? Best Wishes, Great video btw. I am involved in school football and I also want to have a career in football. Would greatly appreciate it if you replied. Thank You @KreiderAcademy
Hey! If you want to have a career in football you’ll need to work and train very hard! 6 days a week at least once a day is the minimum! It’s very doable and rewarding I just wanted to make sure you know the work it will require to reach your goals👍🏼
It sounds like you could use some agility/change of direction work and some reaction work to work on your reflexes.
Check out section 2 of my video “The BEST Way to Get in Shape for Soccer” to see an excellent drill that combines both of those into one drill.
Also my most recent video has 2 more reaction training drills that will help work on your reflexes.
The best way to improve your quick thinking skills would be to play in tight spaces. So either pick-up games in a small field, possession games, or rondos will go a long way for you! I hope this helps and best of luck on your journey🫶🏼
