People say that girls shouldn't own Barbies because of all that "perfect body" stuff, but in all honesty, the movies don't teach you about being visually perfect. They teach you to be strong, kind, and to let your true self shine. And in my opinion, that's the best thing you can teach young girls.

Barbie movies raised us right.. the ones these days are really superficial and basically run after trends and are overall shallow compared to the old ones
To be honest, I am not ashamed of saying this. The old Barbie movies are definitely better than some Disney ones. Surely better than Frozen, yeah definitely, cool story, cool songs, but so stupid message to young kids. Barbie old ones are much MUCH better in this. Sorry. It's heretic :D :D (but I don't mean those like Pony academy or whatever is it in English xDD)

I think the old barbie was definitely teaching children to be caring and kind, and also expressing themselves in the way that makes them happiest! The new barbie is where I think the "perfect body" stuff pipes in, its just gone downhill after probably fashion fairytale? All of the good old ones like the nutcracker, rapunzel, three musketeers, princess and the pauper, and many more were just so inspiring 💜 but barbie has changed with the generation, and it's gotten worse sadly

I wonder why the movie production stopped these orchestral arrangements in their movies. This was quality, tho I'm no judge. Barbie used to be the embodiment of magic during my childhood but now there's none of that. The last movie that had at least a bit of that true magical element was starlight adventure

This hit me with the hardest wave of nostalgia. It punched me in the face with a sea of emotions. Like feelings I didn’t even think possible. It’s such a sweet look back into my childhood. I literally started crying at lunch and had an interesting time explaining to my friends that it was about a Barbie movie.

I'm crying! This is my childhood, Rapunzel, Swan Lake, the Princess and the Pauper and Pegasus were my favourite Barbie Movies 😢💟 glad that I grew up with the old barbie and not the shitty new one. I don't know why feminists are so offended by Barbie, she had multiple jobs, romances and different lives. She's beautiful inside and out, loving, caring, talented, smart and friendly. Hearing this song, after so many years, has reminded me that there is still beauty in the world. The world is not as cold and bleak as I often think it is. I feel the exact same way. Barbie was my literal childhood hero as a young girl. She inspired me to paint, sing, dance, dream, and to be kind. Because of her, I believed I could could do anything I put my mind to. Now, looking back at this and reliving old memories in such a dark and ugly time in the world, it makes me want to cry. There is so much hate and anger and it's literally suffocating me. Everywhere I look, there is more hate and suffering, and it physically pains me. My mother doesn't understand how I feel. She tells me to "get over it" and to "grow up" and watches the news 24/7, so I can't help but hear all the negative news, and she doesn't understand how much is pains me. Barbie is a beautiful light in an ugly and cruel world, and one of the biggest influential figures in my life. I will forever be thankful to Barbie for being there for me and shaping me into the woman I am today, even in a movie.
I'm a 25 years young guy from India who fell in love with this movie and especially this music right from the time when I saw it for the first time as a child. Since then I was searching for this music and after more than 10 years I've finally found it.

This movie taught me to never give up on my dreams and keep waiting for the sunrise. It has made me a better man much like the Prince, pushed me to go the gym, excel in academics and treat women like Princesses and Queens that they are.

well wedding have receptions. You can recreate the wedding walk with one or the other (it will work especially well if you have another dress for the reception). OHHH I just got an idea. you can walk in with one and exit with the other. Either have the exiting song play after you leave the wedding pavilion to head to reception/to go take pictures or you can have it when you leave the building with your new partner.
