It has a powerful 1 Amp motor and variable speed from 8,000 - 30,000 RPM. This kit includes: Variable Speed Rotary Tool, Bit Changing Wrench, 2 Felt Polishing Wheels, 2 High Speed Cutters, 10 Grinding Stones, 54 Sanding Discs, 1 Dressing Stone, 20 Cut-Off Wheels, 4 Sander Bands, 1 Drum Sander, 2 Mandrels, 2 Drill Bits, 2 Collets. I have the 2305 WEN and I have used the heck out of the thing I think that there just as good as a Dremel. I have owned mine for about 3 years now and it has never failed me, I have cut all types of metals with it and the cutoff wheels the tool came with. If you want a better cutoff wheel go to Walmart and buy the cheap ($2.00) Dremel cutoff wheels they will cut metal with ease and do last longer on tougher metals.

No problem man the ones I bought from there are called "Dremel Heavy Duty Cutoff Wheel No. 420" there are 20 wheels in the package.
