contraception is honestly so subjective and this is definitely something which needs to be talked about more! I had the copper coil but had so many issues with unbelievably heavy periods, one of the arms being stuck in my womb when I tried to remove and then finding out I had developed PID! definitely something I didn't realise I was getting myself into as it just seemed so much better than taking hormones

Really insightful! And sorry to hear about your experiences 💖 have you tried Flo app and would you say Natural Cycles it’s similar/better/worse?

Thank you!🫶🏼 and yes I have. It’s very similar but Flo assumes you have a 28 day cycle whereas natural cycles is more accurate and personalised to your cycle if that makes sense 🥰
