The upstairs flooring is in! We have doors and other exciting progress as well. But, as most DIYers know, we hit the 90% mark on several things and...now it will sit for a bit.

I was really starting to get depressed with the house I bought and ended up doing a gut job on. When I first purchased it I knew "some" reno work was going to be needed and much like you I was thinking one room at a time. Then I discovered the MANY creepy crawlie things living inside. Unlike you I am doing this by myself. I am 55 have RA and have to pace myself. You have given me renewed hope that I can accomplish getting my small yet huge money pit fixed.
