Gorgeous. I love the size of this home and the secondary bedrooms are so spacious. You don't see that often. However, I would hate having to go upstairs to do laundry. Too bad there wasn't another downstairs.

I'm not typically a more contemporary/glam fan favorite but this home is done with great taste. I like the herringbone pattern woodwork in the front entryway. I also appreciate the light in contrast with the dark floors. Well done.

I have yet to not love any of these Kolter homes, and this one sure doesn't disappoint. I'm with Haley, I don't need a game room, but, I do need a library. Especially after seeing that loft. I actually, if having this built, would change that entire wing to add an elevator and make owner's suite bigger. Even if I had to give up the garage space. I just cannot get past the highway noises at this particular location. At least you don't hear them inside or with the waterfalls going. Another outstanding tour, thanks to both of you.
