Hi Momo, I was the one who asked you to meet our other talented Brazilian, Gabriel Henrique and now Dan. He has classical and contemporary training, so he sings everything from opera to heavy metal. Dan has 1 band with his younger brother and 2 childhood friends, the band Fearless and they have 1 album with 12 songs made by our Dan. In his video he does everything, sings, produces, does his backing vocals and has more than 250 covers with several participations from world artists. Dan is a phenomenal performer, you have it right, he is a performer, every song he does he performs. He has a band called Fearless, 1 album, Chronicles of ancient wisdom, was the lead singer in Orions Reign, also 1 album, Scores of war, also did Thunderstruck and Elan with them. He sings from Opera(Nessum Dorma) to metal. His Amazing grace and Oh holy night is done in a way that you won't believe. He covers Bon Jovi, Iron Maiden, Guns N Roses, Metallica, Adelle, Evanescence, Nightwish, Sabaton, Manowar and others. He has an extensive collaboration with several artists. His witcher songs is killer, his breath control staggering (Black wind fire and steel), he does stage, rock, folk, power metal, heavy metal, Disney, contempory and Christian music on his channel, one of his overlooked, but phenomenal covers is Fairy tale. Metal version of Disney Burn Butcher Burn, a beautiful duet with Minniva is on her channel: Beauty and the Beast. LOL Dan’s first song “sucks” as he puts it. It was in 2010 and it is funny to watch. But if you want an idea of his progress maybe you should react to Dan Vasc’s version of Go the Distance. He did that to celebrate 100 videos. Fantastic ♥️🤘. I actually prefer listening to cover songs to the originals. Thunderstruck by AC/DC is the finest symphonic metal or, without metal, the song from Phantom of the Opera - "The Music of the Night". But he can also do world-class opera "Nessun Dorma". So happy you discovered Dan Vasc. He started on CZcams about 14 years ago as a 19 year old with no vocal training. If you listen to some of his very first video, you will see the raw, unrefined talent. In the months following he received vocal training and developed an incredible sound. He and his band Fearless put out an album and a record company offered to sign him but he turned it down because of the pittance they would pay and the control they would have over his career. He concentrated on developing a YT following and put out incredible music covers. He has built it over time and become one of the best singers I have ever heard. Please start with Amazing Grace and then go on to operatic covers of Nessun Dorma, Angels We Have Heard on HIgh, The Music of the Night. His metal covers are ridiculously good. All of his songs from the Witcher TV series and game are so good. Thanks for your great reaction. I have subscribed and look forward to more Dan Vasc on your Channel.

Dan's vocal abilities and presence are unique and fascinating at the same time. He has over 220 covers in his playlist. Be curious and let yourself be surprised by the powerful voice and his presence. He can sing from metal to opera and everything in between.

I never thought I would be listening to metal music at the age of 66. Then he came in! I never thought there would be someone I could "support" after Bon Jovi! Super talent given by God! I hope I can listen to it "live" one day!

Hello, you have probably heard all the comments already. Dan is a true vocal talent. He can sing any genre. He does just sing a song but it feels it and you will find that out. His vocals are powerful, clean, emotional and uplifting. Couple suggestions, Son Of Pain, I'll Make A Man Out Of You, Dawn Over A New World, Bohemian Rapsody, Africa. Looking forward to other reactions from Dan. Forgot to mention he working on a tribute album of Manowar.

Thank you! Dan always puts his own flavor on a cover. My suggestions would be: "Amazing Grace'" "Bring Me To Life'" (Evanescence), "Kick Start My Heart" (Motley Crue) and "Toss A Coin To Your Witcher" (The Witcher series). If you want a ballad, try "Faithfully" (Journey). The only time I have heard him refer to himself in the third person is on his outros (which he no longer does), he would say 'we' instead of I. Looking forward to more and yes, I have subscribed.

The quote about 'likes to refer himself in the third person" is a joke. I love the way Dan and Garrett transform a lovely but weepy song into an epic power metal anthem to undying love. Great voice, great singing, great guitars, together with incredible energy and presence, and a terrific arrangement by Dan and his good friend (and bandmate) Gabriel Belozi. Please do consider playing The Music of the Night, a straight, non-metal, stage-worth musical theater performance. I'll Make a Man Out of You is great fun and shows off more of his great voice and theatrics. If you're a Witcher fan, all his Witcher covers are great, especially Burn Butcher Burn, which is absolutely brilliant. If you like folk ballads, try Loch Lomond or Scarborough Fair for yet another side of Dan. He DOES have everything! Thanks for this great reaction. Dan actually shortened his last name to Dan Vasc from his full name, Daniel Vasconcelos, when he expanded into U.S. audiences, etc. His older videos have his full name & in a couple videos he actually does speak in his native Brazilian Portuguese for the intro or outro. I'd never heard the language before & it has quite a nice sound to it. He's really worked hard on his English. He's learning Italian currently. After hearing his Nessun Dorma, Time to Say Goodbye, & Angels We Have Heard on High, plus knowing his Italian ancestry from his father's side, I actually thought he already spoke Italian fluently.
As for Dan's hair, we're all envious of his luscious locks. Lol. He actually has really naturally curly hair, which you can see in older videos. It wouldn't be a Dan Vasc video w/o an epic hair flip 😄.

Dan wrote and sang the intro song for the gaming channel Friday Night Tights. It was #1 on Amazons best selling list in the metal category. Dan always improves a song. Hello there good man, just so you know Dan Vasc stands for Daniel Vasconcelos. He has been offered a record deal where he would end up with only 10% of the total earnings and no creative control at all, apparently it was a 5 year contract with him having to deliver 5 albums, basically an industry slave, so he decided to go independent instead. Liste to Music of the Night and Nessun Dorma among other gems. Great reaction.
