This video kind of made me sad cuz I haven’t journaled since March I think. I’ve been so depressed, and I also haven’t read a single book since then… but I’m starting creative therapy tomorrow and I think that’s gonna help me way more than just cognitive therapy.
Let’s hope 2022 is gonna be my year of reading, journaling and finding things I love again.
