    • @Emshomesucculentgarden
      @Emshomesucculentgarden  Před 2 lety

      Hi Mengcheeloh thank you, sorry but I’m not familiar with Texas Weather. Aeonium is dormant during summer when it’s very hot they tend to closed their leaf if you plant it outdoor under a dappled shahid their leaf will tend to open a little bit that’s what happened to my aeonium planted in the dappled shade. Most of my aeonium is planted outdoor but I place my aeonium mardigras under the shade cloth. But the rest are outdoor

    I ordered some sunburst and I am in the tropics - too much water. Lost them all. Ordering again. I plan to limit watering. Thanks. They lose their color. But Im not worried about that. I want them to survive first.

    • @Emshomesucculentgarden
      @Emshomesucculentgarden  Před 2 lety

      Hi Epe , sorry to hear that you lost all your Aeonium sunburst. They are summer dormant succulent if they get too much sun they stop growing maybe try to plant them in a dappled sunlight and see how it goes from there. Some if My Aeonium sunburst are outside during winter and it getting a lot of rain but since it’s under some of a taller big plants they are surviving well and protected
