Yamaha Tenere 700 extreme lowering - Touratech low seat

- The Yamaha 700 Tenere Extreme is a very high beast. Unless you are a tall person its not easy to properly touch the ground. (I am 178cm) So i took the firts step to lower this beauty. There are more possibilities like the lowering links. I tried the Touratech comfort seat with fresh touch It lowers the Tenere -4cm from the extreme version with the rally seat.

What is your inseam measure? I'm planning to buy this Extreme too!
Its about 76 cm. And with this seat it works although it is a bit wider compared to the rally seat.
Hi! what crash bars do you have on? been looking for a simular that fits with the high fender on the extreme.

Does this seat worth the money?
Could a rider with this seat ride for 4-5 hours with comfort ?
Because with standard seat , i stop every two hours .
I believe it is much better than the original. I can’t complain so far, i doesn’t like the iron butt competition either 😀

What tires are you running on your extreme are they the standard ones?
No, the standard i removed at the dealer. Now i got Heidenau Ranger on it. Those are pretty decent, even on tarmac. Offroad great - i really lik‘em.
