My grandmother bought a house in Haltom in 1965 and you happened to pass two of her fav restaurants the cafe and the bluebonnet cafe the ladder of which she was friends with staff and donated a cookie jar decorated with blue bonnets. My mother, brother and I were born there and went to the same schools and my father ended up passing away there in that same house.

If you want even bigger Vietnamese markets You should go to Little Saigon.
There's a Little Saigon district in Garland and Arlington
