Because ppl will do exactly what that king did, when my opponent is afk in ranked i always do a single grab so they get knocked down and are forced to get up when they come back. I dont run in and pressure them the second they come back, just dont want to give them the option either

Interesting to see KWiss get somewhat demoralized by the toxic behavior everyone sees at the lower ranks (ironically way more toxic behavior in lower ranks than higher ones from what I see). I instantly disengage and don’t care about winning at that point which is why I’m not as good at rank. It pisses me off when you beat someone in a set and they win like one or two games and they are letting their outros go and acting like they washed you when you beat them more… it’s like bro what planet are you on that winning one or two games means pop off???
Most of the time they are not popping off, they’re playing mind games. Usually people at lower ranks are not that good at playing the game itself, (block and whiff punishment, spacing, movement, etc.) so instead what they will do is try to play you. Its more noticable with people that rely on a gimmick to win, and when you deal with that one gimmick correctly they’ll just aggresively play mind games, try to rub it in when they win a single game or even round, and generally try their hardest to piss you off. They’re not trying to beat you at your best and improve, they are trying to win at all costs.
@@sparesomerunesplease3683 I agree and they also pop off with ki charges, teabaggin, etc. I’ve played a lot of T7 and have seen the lowest of the low and those who incorporate mind games as well. Though I def agree they want to win at all cost as well.
@@ShiftingCloudsYT When facing that kind of stuff, for me personally it helps a lot to just focus on my own gameplan, both offensively and defensively. So like im trying to hit a certain low or mid poke from perfect spacing, and trying to duck and launch an electric for example. And then naturally I try new things to make my gameplan work a bit more smoothly. People trying mindgames usually want you to play their game the way they envision it, so just staying focussed on trying to do certain stuff outside of their gimmick will generally really mess with them and makes it easier to stay calm.

Wow, this poor kings puppy coughed, so he went afk at the match start. Apparently everything was fine, he came back, saw his big idol K Wiss and realized that K Wiss waited, probably bored, but the time was running out, so he panicked cause he wants to give big K Wiss a proper fight and started to go ham. "Cant disappoint K Wiss and all the lovely viewers, so I better do some 10 hit string at least". Relieved and satisfied with his good-willed and fast action the poor guy had to realize K Wiss is toxic by nature and despite the king players very human approach to the situation, he got continiously bodied and shat on for not being a pro player and just being online at the wrong time. How a puppys cough can uncover the darkest sides of ourselves.
well if he wanted to be honourable, with the 10s left, could have just moved around to let K know he's back then let the timer hit 0 for a round draw.

I've had 2 people do that to me. It was satisfying to best them after and now I start to wonder if they are afk or trying to scam. Hard to tell unless their name is a giveaway or their play style

If you techroll and get hit by burning knuckle you take more damage and different setups require you to techroll in specific directions. I’ve never seen these setups so I’d rather take less damage

why don't u use df3 2? its a good mid long range poke to control opponent charging in, and u don't use savage 1+2, its same as Negens f1+2 for big dmg combos.

The king was solid you can’t really discredit his skill, blaming lag the whole set is pretty scummy cuz there was only a few times where it would lag spike, and I’m pretty sure the lag was 2 sided you can see the dude was dropping his shit because of it too. I also can’t see how anything he did was toxic besides the stealing the round

I have a rule. If i see you go AFK, i get a few lows in on ya and then back off. simply due to this kinda bullshit. Dudes have no shame in running in and throwing random shit just as the time runs out. After you waited patiently for them to come back.

I just grab them once and wait. If another round starts and they're still afk, it's unblockable time.
Everything is considered to be toxic in ranked Tekken nowadays. I think people read too much into how people behave at the end of a round and just automatically interpet it as disrespectful. Then they start getting toxic themselves (sometimes for no reason) and it turns into a shitshow. Just play. 👍
