你內行,其實高麗菜(包菜)中間的硬心,外皮削掉,醃塩真的很脆,以前台灣的外省老兵會將曬包菜乾時留下的硬心,塩醃後醬黃豆醬也很吃,很少人知道,大部分丟棄很可惜,你说用來做泡菜,肯定酸脆好吃,下回我试试。
