Hi guys, here’s 2 possible fixes of an operating system wasn't found, try disconnecting any drives that don’t contain an operating system. Basically, this is occurred due to inactive system partition when it’s needs to be set active manually. And also, this video will help to fix “bootrec /fixboot access is denied” error while fixing Windows 10 BCD.

Excellent!! I installed ubuntu Linux, then i deleted the partition to continue with Windows and i had the error "grub", in addition to that, i also had the reserved system space with failures, but with this tutorial i solved it. Thank you :D

The second was the SOLUTION! This tutorial solved all the problem from: blue screen, bootsec mbr, fix boot etc , first I had to figure out what was my hdd installation: in volumen 1 was E system reservation partition,

Active
Exit
e:
E:\>bcdboot c:\windows /s e: /f all
It depends where is your partition, mine was in Volume 1 letter E

In case anybody needs to know. I uninstalled Ubuntu and ended up with grub rescue. Trying to remove grub from my system I ended up with this error. I couldn't boot into Window 10 USB through legacy means to I changed it to UEFI, and I think that was causing some problems. But after everything I tried, this worked.
I've known the bootrec fix command for so long. But somehow the rebuildingbcd process on my own system keeps failing. This my friend is a goldmine & an excellent addition to my troubleshooting database. Thanks a lot bro

I thank you for creating this tutorial, the steps did help me but instead I used my main partition C: and not E: to be able to sign in to Windows again. I accidentally changed a partition to active, which is what possibly caused my error message here.

I did this early, but selected Volume Fat32 as advised by someone else, now cannot boot up Windows 10 and cannot enter command prompt.

Bro its showing windows failed to start. Arecent hardware or software change might be the cause.1.insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer 2.choose language and click next 3.click repair i did but not really happened and in info its showing the boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible
