This video was Great! Thank you! I learned some new things to add to my refrigerator. I have BBBE. After watching you and Dr. Berry several times on different topics I really think you're a doctor that lives it.
My fridge is slowly working it's way to look like yours. Here in Canada, difficult to find find fermented vegetables, apart from cabbage and beets. Love organic plain Kefir, but the price is skyrocketing. I should Google how to ferment my own vegetables. Enjoyed this vid and thank you for all your hard work promoting this way of healthy eating.

you can buy fremented RAW sauerkraut at any health food store ($5.00) or Joe Traders ($4.50) or big box store $11.00. MUST be RAW sauerkraut not pasterized which is cooked. Raw sauerkraut is usually near the yogurt or cheese section. You only need to eat 1 tablespoon at first to get your gut use to the good new bacteria. Joe traders also has Goat milk Kefir (that is sooo good) for $6.00 you can make yt ch Mary's nest has good vids and many others.
All you really need to ferment foods is quart canning jars. Filtered or spring water and a good salt like a sea salt without anti- caking additives. A good book is Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon. I'm strictly carnivore now. I made saurkraut and pickles for years.
I enjoyed this video very much. I love fermented foods and im glad to see i wasn't wrong in eating them. And the harsh cheeses you mentioned...yum !!! Now i won't skimp on them either Great frig and I'd definitely eat from it with pleasure

Another this I do because of the low fat content of kefir I like to mix it with high fat plain yogurt and let it sit at room temp for 4/6 hrs and it inoculates the yogurt and is super creamy. I looked at the cost of changing over to goats milk a few weeks ago and like many of us here in the US, I simply cannot afford most of this kind of stuff. I know many people will probably say I can't afford "not" to purchase but in reality it's a matter of purchasing a few items to last a week or a weeks worth of food. I have changed many of my purchased items to include organic grass fed beef, more organic items, and items that don't contain any seed oils, sticking only to either Olive Oil (single country origin only), avocado oil or coconut oil. So I am doing the best I can while still taking the cost into consideration but my frig unfortunately is never going to be 100% pure,
Dr Sean, I hear some people ferment just so they can drink the juice. I have always made sauerkraut and really enjoy the taste, but currently on day 16 of BBBE carnivore, and thinking of re-introducing at some point. Does fermenting remove any potential harm from anti-nutrients? Any material difference between just the juice and the flesh? BTW, thank you for all the inspiration and I love your positive energy and wisdom on sprinting. You definitely have your own lane in our community
I also added Sauerkraut into my carnivore diet, and it went extremely well. Highly recommend. If you ever add raw milk or honey, it's even better, since the fiber from the cabbage and the lactic acid from the fermentation process help slow the absorption of the carbs, reducing the blood glucose spike.
Thanks, Dr O'Mara. My fridge is empty. All my food (half share from a local rancher) is in a large upright freezer. Any meats for the day or week are in either a slow cooker or in a sous vide. Best 👍
Dear Dr Sean, many thanks for sharing your knowledge with us. When it suits you, would you mind elaborating a bit on your fasting protocol ? Earlier you mentioned 3 days of fasting per week. Is that consecutive days ? Every week ? Is that a water fast ? How does one build up to this ? Many thanks !
What experiments can you link to that show the bacteria from fermented foods even reach the large intestine alive on a carnivore diet. It reduces our stomach ph to 1.5, and by design, this kills micro-organisms, including the good ones. What other animal on this planet requires food to be fermented prior to consumption? Love your work on visceral fat, as i motivate people with powerful images to, but I'm curious as to your thoughts on this.
I have not watched this video, yet but I wanted to report what happen when I stopped the coffee (one of the few plant based foods I have continued as a carnivore). First off, a few weeks ago I started the sprints after watching Dr. Shawn’s interview with Ken Berry. It had been at least 25 years since I sprinted and I haven’t been a runner since I turned 30. I could be 7-8 with the last 1-2 having either a weird inner things pain or my legs almost giving out in the middle of the sprints. The first 3-4 sprints would be slower and with significant hamstring pain. Stopped coffee and by day 5, my first spring feels more like the 3rd or 4th. I am also doing 11 sprints, not having my legs give out, and minimal to no pain. I stop after 11 because I don’t know what to make of this massive performance improvement. I’m 47 years old.
Thanks for sharing Dr. Sean, interesting to see the variety of ferments you have - makes me want to branch out beyond sauerkraut & pickles. I'd love to learn more about how to ferment foods! 🤠
Doc i like your food choices but I can't eat dairy. I have never eaten fermented cabbage until about six months ago. On the 10th of this month I'm a one year old carnivore. Lol.. I love your work . Thank you for your encouragement.
Thanks for the "inside" scoop on the contents of your fridge! However, your camera angle was not conducive to viewing down lower in your fridge when you were pointing to the lower shelf, so we all weren't able to see. (Even with turning the angle of my phone camera sideways). 😢 Anyway, could you tell us [ALL] how you ferment your fruits and the carrots? Thank you! I've been on Carnivore WOE since 7-1-23 and doing great!!! Update: as of 12-2-23, down 32 lbs! Feeling fantabulous!
@@DrSeanOMara Next to your refrigerator is your freezer😉 Aren't fermented berries called "wine"? I like wine, too😁 PS: I could do without Dr. Sean referring to "Dr. Sean" in the third person. Really, we get it.
🙌 Gang's all here! Not sure if you can get it in MN, but only thing missing I like to get myself is raw grassfed butter. Question for you: saw a commenter of one of your videos say that carbonated mineral water interferes with stomach acid and impairs proper digestion. Is this true? Thanks!
Great fridge tour... have you ever considered Natto as a daily food...? Fermented legumes, full of Vit. K2 for arterial calcification control - make sure the calcium in that cheese goes to your bones and not your arteries You can try different beans with the Natto culture, not just Soy, but blackbeans, butterbeans etc. to varying degrees of success... Natto is a part of a Japanese diet, seaweed also as a vegetable to offer trace amounts of iodine etc.
Thanks for all you do! Every day I learn more from you! I am casein, soy and gluten sensitive. I don't eat any gluten and stayed away from casein and soy. I am wondering how much casein is in Kefir and if the fermentation would eliminate the casein protein? Also fermented soy products, would they be ok to add into my diet? What are your thoughts about sausage? Are they processed foods? Thanks again I will be looking forward to more videos especially learning how to ferment!
I’ve become a cheese freak, too. The good stuff!! Expensive, but an oz of that and a hard boiled egg for lunch sets me up. I ferment our veg from the garden and the eggs are from our hens, who also get lots of veggies from the garden.
Dr. Sean, are you eating fermented veggies every day? How much do you typically eat during a meal. Thank you so much for sharing so much excellent information!
Considering my fridge looks the exact same (grass fed and finished beef and all fermented animal foods and fermented fruits only) ima be biased and say your fridge is perfect. On a side note, ive been studying health, nutrition and human physiology and biology and it looks like we have came to the same conclusion on what the natural human diet is
I understand the fermented foods, but I wonder why you do not include non-fermented vegetables (or even fruits). These foods have polyphenols and micronutrients that may not be found in other foods. Also, mushrooms are a known anti-cancer food, I didn’t notice any mushrooms in your fridge. Thanks for your insight!
Because they are filled with oxalates and lectins as well as carbs. Fermenting them removes all of them and preserves all their food nutrients. Fermented is best.
Seeing how you are so generous with answering questions under the comment sections. It would save you so much time if you did, perhaps, a Q&A video. Like those frequently asked questions videos. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I've introduced a few of my not so healthy friends to your content. The visceral fat explanation coming from you is so much more effective than coming from me.
Very little in a two hour fermentation almost entirely if several weeks. In other words: length and conditions of fermentation dictates carbohydrate reduction/elimination
Thanks for sharing your fridge! My fridge looks similar to yours with the addition of organic pasture raised eggs, grass fed hot dogs and sausages, wild caught salmon and several Primal brand condiments. I have started using A2 yogurt. Will need to get some kefir. I love the Kalona brand whipping cream and do purchase it periodically. That brand comes from Amish farms. I don't like to give my full support because they dont treat their work horses well. No vet care, etc. I am imagining they probably don't treat their dairy cattle well either. Unfortunately there are not many other products that I am aware of that are the same quality.
Hey Dr. Sean. I have a question for you. When you had Barrett’s did you still eat fermented vegetables and was you on omeprazol? I just got recently diagnosed and was wondering if I should still eat the ferments? Also, I have a fatty liver as well and was told not to eat fatty meat with the omeprazol and was told to eat a lot of fruit and veg. I’m so confused. I’d love to hear exactly what you were on and how you ate. Hope to hear from you soon.
Thank you doctor for sharing your refrigerator contents. It’s wonderful to see all the healthy food you eat. I eat 36 ounces or more ounces of veggies a day without having gas or bloating. When I’ve added small amounts of kimchiI or sauerkraut I have awful smelling flatulence and the accompanying bloating which can be painful to my low back. What is that all about?
Your microbiome is transitioning and you are probably having “die off” where the new beneficial microbes are crowding out and competing with the bad ones and leading to their demise. Hang tough things improve over time greatly. Cut back on the veg and eat more Grassfed healthy meat in the interim to help things improve more quickly.
That's pretty good. We also have organic full fat milk and various organic green veg like beans, broccoli, cabbage, etc. I'd say we have double the amount of meat you have, and we have more variety, such as pork, chicken etc which we can buy organic free range. We also eat fish or sea food at least once a week. 🙂
Dr. Sean, how do you choose the fruits you want to ferment? Is it mainly the carb count of the fruit before fermentation or are there other factors? Oh, also I found some locally made unpasteurized sauerkraut - it's delicious!
I don’t worry about carbs in fruit before fermenting bc fermentation removes them. I like fermenting berries the most. Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries
Interesting! 1) Where do you purchase your ferments that are already prepared… as I know little about ferments and what to specifically look for/where to get. I live in a small area with a smattering of run of the mill grocery stores… one carries a truly fermented (Bubbies) sauerkraut and dill pickles. That’s about it, as far as I am aware. I would like to try some prepared ferments prior to attempting to to learn to ferment for myself! 2) As far as I am concerned, you are not off the hook (LOL!) regarding showing us your meals! I would like to hear and see your plates clearly (viewing from tiny iPhone through elderly eyes) what you eat, the percentages (roughly) Overall. How much food (knowing I need to adjust for myself, personally), what goes with what, how often you find eating works for you, and how you get enough protein factoring in your fasting! DETAILS, please! -Thank you so much for ALL you do!
Yes please. And is there benefit to eating only raw (unpasteurized) dairy, including goat and sheep's milk? I try to stick to hard cheeses for lower lactose content and avoid pasteurized. Would like to expand repertoire but don't have quite the stomach for blue cheeses! Is it an acquired taste or am I just trying the wrong stuff?
Lactobacillis passes through the stomach just fine. Most of these ferments are done with lactobacillis species. There are some others too, I think. If you check the.research on probiotic supplements you can find what kinds make it past the hydrochloride acid in the stomach.
Thank you so much for that Dr Sean. I just finished eating my brisket and slow cooked corned silverside for dinner. I had a big pile of Kimchi with it, as I really love fermented veg, but wasn’t 100% sure if I should be eating them on Carnivore. It’s wonderful to hear that fermentation cuts out the carbohydrates. Just quickly, is yoghurt alright to eat? I assume you eat the sour natural stuff?
Thanks for sharing your fridge! Looks good to me! I would love to learn more about fermented fruits and how to do that at home. Do you recommend a recipe or a channel?
Yes many. Biggest reason eliminates bad stuff (carbs/sugar, lectins/antinutrients/etc ) while adding in beneficial events microbes & their metabolites!
Thank you for this video, I really appreciate your honesty and openness. This video really explains a lot about how you are able to make your “vegetable free” diet work. The most important aspect of our health is our microbiome. And microbe require a variety of fibers from vegetables to survive and thrive. Since you don’t eat vegetables, you have found yourself eating massive amounts of fermented foods to replace those microbes. But if you ate vegetables then you wouldn’t need so many fermented foods, and your health would be better for it. But don’t take my word for it, I’m not a doctor. Go research Dr Will Bulsiewicz - he has some great information.
Great idea for video. More comprehensive than one meal. Looks healthy and tasty! What do you use to ferment your fruit and veggies? Do you just use salt? I saw a recipe that uses whey drained from yogurt to make beet kvass. So was curious.
Great refrigerator: kefir and cheese. I also like buckwheat, not sure if it's carbs, but if taken twice a week or every now and then it clears gut quickly and reduces waist line better than Lcarnitine. Thanks Doctor. Awesome video.
There is a slight problem with your refrigerator. It has to do with the location of your milk and cheese. All dairy, should be on the shelves of the refrigerator......never stored in the door of the refrigerator. I hope that this is helpful. 😎
Would love to see how you take your cold brew, as far as adding cream or milk or kefir! I love milk in my coffee but think it’s too high in fat. Thank you!
No most pickles are chemically pickled. Yiu need “fermented” pickles processed and preserved by bacteria. A good brand that ferments pickles is : “Bubbi’s” Google : “Bubbis fermented pickles near me”
Love it,Dr Sean I’m going to try fermenting raspberries. I’m fermenting my carrots now. My stomach got puffy after doing traditional kimchee so am doing well on carrots. Should I be drinking the juice left over after fermenting my carrots? My body is saying yes; what say you?
Good video. I eat meat and eggs during the day and treat my self to minimal fruit and nuts topped with whipped cream at night. Works for me, I feel good, don't drink or smoke, I lift weights once a week. Will look into fermented fruits a bit more. I also have a Yukult drink for stomach in the mornings.
Just started to introduce some fermented foods, I don’t like smelly cheese, but I’m just melting a bit on my steaks or a bit on my omelettes. It’s an acquired taste, I’m praticing at acquiring, lol 😊
@@DrSeanOMara unfortunately the kimchi is hurting my hand and ankle, so it’s out, the NAC is giving me a blood issue, I’ve suddenly got bloody when I’m brushing my teeth, didn’t have that issue before, so I shall have to stop that. Still got the cheese, kefir and fermented sauerkraut to continue with. I did have a lot of foods playing my body up before I started cutting foods and and eventually turning to carnivore. At least I’m a lot better now, fitter and stronger. Thank you!
Hi! I love watching your videos, so much information! My brother and I follow you and are implementing what you teach. I was wondering what your recommendations would be for my dad who is 69 and has had a lot of accidents and now has a metal cage up his spine and is basically half metal. Sprinting hurts, can’t squat and mobility in his back is very small. He is also missing a Gaul bladder so he is concerned about only eating meat/carnivore. He wants to slim down and get in shape. He exercises as best he can but Sprinting wouldn’t be an option as any bumping movement puts his back out for a few days.
When Dr. Sean was a guest on Dr. Ken Berry's channel, he mentioned sprinting in the water to make it lower impact. I also think he mentioned rowing can be a viable alternative. Hope that helps! 😊
I wish I could have all these fermented foods that I love! Unfortunately, those foods don’t love me back. I get urticaria really bad because of histamine intolerance. 😓😢😭
@@victorycall I agree, if one food should be called superfood, that should be eggs :) (maybe liver is a strong competitor, but that one comes with risks).
I recently made a bread with very-well lacto fermented buckwheat, psyllium husk powder and wheat gluten with a little sourdough starter. It was a good bread, but wondering if it is a total no-no on the healthy-eating lifestyle?
Pretty impressive. A couple of things came to mind... A little concerned seeing any items in plastic. I know that's almost impossible to avoid. Glad to see it in glass, but sparkling water is carbonated; is that better than still water in glass? Won't carbonated drinks raise your blood CO2 levels and undermine your VO2max? Most eggs come from hens that are fed soy meal even if they are free range; are you concerned with getting soy into your system from these eggs? Btw, I got some soy free eggs from Whole Foods and unfortunately they were not the best tasting. Not sure I can eat them again. Myself, I am trying to avoid any dairy products due to old age issues. I am a recent subscriber, but I really like your channel thus far.
Thanknyou for sharing! You mentioned in a previous video that you had children. Do they eat the same diet as you? If not, can you do a video on foods for children/ young adults? Thanks!!
What is this Ninja voodoo magic of fermenting berries that you speak of 😂😂? I need this in my life to have along with all the meat I have?? Show us your ways….please🥰

DR SEAN! Love your videos - you're an excellent addition to the carnivore space. Almost healthiest fridge, YOU GOTTA STOP DRINKING SAN PELLEGRINO THOUGH! Owned by Nestle now, you can look into it yourself there is an inordinate amount of Uranium found in their products when compared to other sparkling waters. Also question for you Doc any difference whether the Kefir is raw or not or how does that work?
Do you need such a variety of fermented foods or if you aren't up for eating any veggies or fruits can you stick to animal fermented foods (kefir, saur cream, blue cheese) ? Is that substantial for a healthy microbiome ?
If those cheeses are good enough for Dr Sean, they’re Gouda’nuff for me.

I am also doing 11 sprints, not having my legs give out, and minimal to no pain. I stop after 11 because I don’t know what to make of this massive performance improvement. I’m 47 years old.
A LOT of coffees have mycotoxins from mold. Could be this and you may be hypersensitive
Thanks for sharing Dr. Sean, interesting to see the variety of ferments you have - makes me want to branch out beyond sauerkraut & pickles. I'd love to learn more about how to ferment foods! 🤠
Me too!
Can you please give us the name of the grass fed beef you mentioned? Thanks
Doc i like your food choices but I can't eat dairy. I have never eaten fermented cabbage until about six months ago. On the 10th of this month I'm a one year old carnivore. Lol.. I love your work . Thank you for your encouragement.
Thank you for your encouragement!
Sorry about that ….always learning.
@@DrSeanOMara what about a video on your fermented fruits? Or fermenting items in general? Thank you, Dr. O'Mara.~ beth in FL🌴
@@DrSeanOMara Next to your refrigerator is your freezer😉
Aren't fermented berries called "wine"? I like wine, too😁
PS: I could do without Dr. Sean referring to "Dr. Sean" in the third person. Really, we get it.
Yours is the healthiest!! Thank you Dr. Sean :D
🙌 Gang's all here! Not sure if you can get it in MN, but only thing missing I like to get myself is raw grassfed butter.
Question for you: saw a commenter of one of your videos say that carbonated mineral water interferes with stomach acid and impairs proper digestion. Is this true? Thanks!
PLEASE! Say it ain’t so about the sparkling mineral water!
Love the Pellegrino water in glass bottles. So easy to recycle glass and paper.
On a side note, ive been studying health, nutrition and human physiology and biology and it looks like we have came to the same conclusion on what the natural human diet is
Just watched your video on belly fat on 5 min ? Forgot her site. You were amazing. On the sprinting. Life changing on how to exercise.
It would be really helpful to have an idea of just how much carbohydrate reduction is achieved by fermentation.
I would think, but not certain, that the nutritional label for the fermented products would relatively accurately display the carb content.
@@geopietro Not if you ferment them in your own fridge.
Very little in a two hour fermentation almost entirely if several weeks. In other words: length and conditions of fermentation dictates carbohydrate reduction/elimination
The reported carbs in the label are prefermentation so essentially an inaccurate representation of how much carbs are in the product.
@@DrSeanOMara That’s great to know. Thank you.
Red Boat fish sauce is another fermented condiment to use. Just anchovies and salt fermented in wooden barrels. Coconut Aminos are good also.
Dr Sean, I too love the taste of the glass bottled S.Pellegrino sparkling water. It has come to my attention of late that it does contain Fluoride.
I personally believe Dr. Sean's refrigerator is missing out, with the lack of eggs.
Hey Dr.
I ferment pineapple chunks and love it ❤
@NC1222 do you ferment pineapple with just salt?
How do you ferment the pineapple?
Hi, how do you ferment pineapple please?
In prior videos you have mentioned working with rings. It would be great to see a video of your rings workout. Thank you.
I'm so happy to find you! Thank you!!!
I regularly ferment milk and cabbage. I tried some berries and muscadines but it became alcoholic. Can you advise?
“Food coops near me”
Would love to have a video just on cheese and how you eat it.
Good idea!
@@DrSeanOMara ♥️
Lactobacillis passes through the stomach just fine. Most of these ferments are done with lactobacillis species. There are some others too, I think. If you check the.research on probiotic supplements you can find what kinds make it past the hydrochloride acid in the stomach.
Dr O'mara. What are your views on the use of plastics to store the items you consume? Thank you for your time and great insights
I would eat out of your refrigerator anytime Dr Sean!
I thought I would watch this and be able to make a critique, but all I was thinking as I watched it was YUMMY !
Great video very informative. Thank you.
Do you have a video about WHY fermenting is useful for fruits or veggies? Thx!
Go research Dr Will Bulsiewicz - he has some great information.
good one
Great idea for video. More comprehensive than one meal. Looks healthy and tasty! What do you use to ferment your fruit and veggies? Do you just use salt? I saw a recipe that uses whey drained from yogurt to make beet kvass. So was curious.
Dr Sean, can you show meals or videos on how to ferment your own vegetables and fruits.
Sean, with a fridge like that, you'll live to 150!
Hi Dr OMara. I make homemade mozzarella cheese. What's your thoughts on that please. It really warms me up. Best cure for cold winters
Yes. It is hands down the healthiest refrigerator in the world. You’re the ONLY one on the planet dialed into nutrition
Would love to see how you take your cold brew, as far as adding cream or milk or kefir! I love milk in my coffee but think it’s too high in fat. Thank you!
What are fermented pickles? Can I just eat regular pickles?
No most pickles are chemically pickled. Yiu need “fermented” pickles processed and preserved by bacteria. A good brand that ferments pickles is : “Bubbi’s” Google : “Bubbis fermented pickles near me”
Very helpful.
Thank you.
Yes, please show your recipes!
Never saw a fridge like that! Thanks.
Love it,Dr Sean
I’m going to try fermenting raspberries. I’m fermenting my carrots now. My stomach got puffy after doing traditional kimchee so am doing well on carrots. Should I be drinking the juice left over after fermenting my carrots? My body is saying yes; what say you?
Yes….ha…..i just fermented carrot juice and LOVE it….great optimizing stuff! My God some people drink soda….Holy Cow!
Don't forget aged parmigiano reggiano. Also aged gouda 'Old Amsterdam'. Asiago is also good. Trader Joe's is a good source for cheese.
Love the ferments!
🙏👊
@@DrSeanOMara unfortunately the kimchi is hurting my hand and ankle, so it’s out, the NAC is giving me a blood issue, I’ve suddenly got bloody when I’m brushing my teeth, didn’t have that issue before, so I shall have to stop that. Still got the cheese, kefir and fermented sauerkraut to continue with. I did have a lot of foods playing my body up before I started cutting foods and and eventually turning to carnivore. At least I’m a lot better now, fitter and stronger. Thank you!
Thank for a video Dr. What about nuts? Organic, not processed or salted? I would love to hear your opinion on this.
I liked and I subscribed! Eggs❤❤❤ beef, keffir, cheese, fermented stuff you are my kind of guy doc! No greens? No Sprouts or broccoli? Intrigued.
Question.. Are veggie microbes the same as meat microbes? Only hear of the two classifications, "good" and "bad".
Great video, thanks.
@@buffelyn thank you so much!!:)
I wish I could have all these fermented foods that I love! Unfortunately, those foods don’t love me back. I get urticaria really bad because of histamine intolerance. 😓😢😭

Greek yogurt 1kg
Peanut butter powder, choc protein powder sugar free drinking chocolate sugar free maple syrup.
Giddy up
Do you have any suggestions about how to ferment? Any special trick? Also, do you eat eggs at all? I have not heard it mentioned.
I noticed the absence of eggs in Dr. Sean's fridge and I think he's missing out.
@@victorycall I agree, if one food should be called superfood, that should be eggs :) (maybe liver is a strong competitor, but that one comes with risks).
He listed eggs that were in the fridge and has said on other videos that he eats eggs.
I recently made a bread with very-well lacto fermented buckwheat, psyllium husk powder and wheat gluten with a little sourdough starter. It was a good bread, but wondering if it is a total no-no on the healthy-eating lifestyle?
A defo No-No!
Plastic at fridge temps or lower only may be a compromise. Never above room temp, though.
Thanknyou for sharing! You mentioned in a previous video that you had children. Do they eat the same diet as you? If not, can you do a video on foods for children/ young adults? Thanks!!
They do basically
👌👍
Love your collection of cheeses!!!!!
Hi could you share a link to the moccasins you run in please?
Very helpful! I had hard cheese with my olive mix...A fav snack. Wondering how to ferment olive mixes :)
Olives have already been fermented when buy them. That's part of the curing process which makes the fruits edible

I too drink San Pellegrino. Can you recommend a better sparkling water that you drink?
What about Perrier water? I have had my concerns on how they make it etc. I can't find any info on it
Do you need such a variety of fermented foods or if you aren't up for eating any veggies or fruits can you stick to animal fermented foods (kefir, saur cream, blue cheese) ? Is that substantial for a healthy microbiome ?
It’s not binary or as light switch. The greater the variety the better.
Thanks for this video going to try some fermented cheese and Kefir hoping no reaction since I have Autoimmune
Hello Sean. Please, Is it ok, too eat fermented foods for SIBO, and histamin issue ?
Do you not use butter or do you just not keep it in the fridge?
It’s in a drawer
Just a question on the fermented fruit. Does that create alcohol ???
Yes.
But a meniscal amount not enough to kick you out of ketosis ?
