Everyone be talking about Megalovania but honestly I am so glad we got one of the songs original to Undertale and representative of the pacifist story (not to knock smash Bros: if they had only one song choice for a sans costume , megalovania easily made the most sense)

You probably get this question a lot, but: Do you play with the Hori tatacon, the Taiko Force Lv5, just joycons, or something else? I'm falling hard into this game but playing with only joycon buttons and my thumbs feels like I'm missing something and struggling to keep up at higher difficulties.

It's a port of a Japanese arcade game, so there's the arcade version, there's a PS4 version, a few Japan exclusive ports (I know of Wii and 3ds), and a good few unofficial PC versions (Osu! taiko and taiko.bui.pm are the ones I know)
It's arcade game that was ported to videogames like the ds, wii, wii u, ps1, ps2, ps3, ps4, psp, 3ds, and switch!

What does oni mean?
It's a translation of the hardest mode for alot of songs in Taiko no Tatsujin, it's called Extreme in the English localizations and it translates to Demon from Japanese. there's also a higher difficulty on certain songs called Ura Oni or Hidden Demon, which was changed to just Extreme still but is sometimes referred to as Secret Extreme
