Shakespeare are putting so many other makers to shame. They specifically have charts to show what lines work with each rod. They've gone to the trouble of designing their own lines to be able to do this. For a newbie like myself they've made it so much easier. Even though I bought a Barrio line for my Oracle, I was able to make the right choice due to the charts that Shakespeare provide. That correlated with Bario's recommendations and what the forums said. In the mountain bike world it's the law of diminishing returns. One can pay a base price for a perfectly decent durable bike and pay five times as much for very little improvement, a touch lighter and perhaps a bit smoother. In my experience very little difference unless you want that last 5%. With Shakespeare it would seem that the same is true, only more so.
Great rods.

Glad she was there.
