    Carlo's squat looks great through 70% of the lift. In that last 30% though it looks like he loses patience lifts his head which causes him to lose his brace and extend the back. He just needs to maintain his head position and by doing so maintain his brace.

    Carlos!!! Fix your head bro! Lol, you can see as soon as you look up out of the bottom, your torso position extends and fixes itself. So get rid of the mirror, or cover it up. Focus on internal cues instead. Your squat is awesome, keep up the good work. 👍

    Thanks for the tips! This was about 4 weeks out - and I have since switched to singles. Now on a complete taper since competition is in a week. I have also since moved my wrist wraps further up after watching one of your other videos. I think fatigue played a part, but also think I can improve form - something I'll need to be mindful of is pushing back instead of up as you mentioned.

    Carlo has a great squat! I really like the tempo he uses to get in the bottom. What i dont like is his head position, where u look is where your body wants to go. It might cause a lil untightness in the bottom position what may causes his butt-wink. Try to look neutral and probably that fixes probably a lot of tightness.

    Carlo could hold torso angle a bit better out of the bottom. Making an active effort to stay on quads and push through the balls of his feet.

    Carlo should reduce the weight and do a more high bar squat along with front squats to train a more vertical trunk 🤔

    Carlos squats are moving fast which is good. But like everyone is is suggesting. He's sacrificing a lot of technique for speed. Keep the head in one spot and stop torquing is head up.
