Do bullet journals work? For the past 7 days, I set up a Minimal Bullet Journal Practice.
The goal was to figure out if there was a system that worked for me. Also, find a way to help others adapt to this new method of bullet journalling without altering or distributing people's schedules.
I was pretty shocked by my experience.

Yes! Loved this one. I’ve definitely been enjoying my week bullet journaling as well. My favorite part about the workshop we went to was his emphasis on how much you can tailor it to yourself and only use it when you need it! That really helped take the pressure off that I’ve felt with other organizational tools!

Journaling has changed my life too! I have way too many ideas swirling through my head all the time and I have to get them out of my head or I'll lose my mind. I tried turning my journal into a bullet journal for a short period before and it didn't stick - I think I'll try getting back into it now! Thanks for the inspiration!
