    What a nice guy. In a single garage.

    Great video. It's inspiring to see a -14 built in a one car garage. Where there's a will, there's a way!

    Nice build going on in that single stall garage! David looks like your enjoying the process. Thanks again Bryan for the video. You are a busy guy!

      Randall Harmsen that’s a single USA garage, not a U.K. one.... 😩

    David might want to consider removing ALL of the tail feathers prior to wiring. Many of the wires run under the seat pan and for both that threading and within the avionics bay, he might find (as have others) that rolling the fuselage on its side during that process makes life a LOT easier and happier. Just a suggestion ...

    Another great project video Bryan. A person just needs to keep working on the aircraft on a regular basis and you’ll Finnish it. Hopeful that the money doesn’t dry up and the aircraft will fly one day. Just keep chipping away at the mountain and it will get there. As one person mentioned if he takes the tail-feathers off and rotate the fuselage to accommodate the wiring it will save time and skin. It may almost be worth constructing a rotisserie just for the wiring alone because there really not that difficult to produce if he has a welder? Then he could possibly sell the rotisserie off to the next person building the same airframe.

    Wonderful video....I subscribed and liked...I just wish more people would check these things out....I am 70, and not the best health, otherwise, I would consider building one of these. Or flying anyway.

    For the first time, I see the rationale behind the RV14.
    I always thought an RV7 pr an RV9 should be enough aircraft for anyone.

    What type of rivets are those?. Do you have the options for different types of rivets to be used?.

    • @philipritson8821
      @philipritson8821 Před 6 měsíci

      No pulled rivets in an RV14.
      You have to buck them.

      I know. I'm finishing up my -14 tailcone, and have a couple of dents in the tight confines of the very back. I guess filler will hide those sins.

      There are people out there who make themselves feel better by disliking videos. Most of them never leave the couch.
