Flavor text:
Amakusa Shirō Tokisada has returned from the dead. Looking to create a new world order in line with his ideals, he resurrects Minazuki Zankurō and kidnaps a sorceress-in-training, Hazuki, from the Kazama ninja clan to augment his powers. This new awakening has since caused all manner of disasters around the world and once again many warriors hurry to find and destroy the source of evil.
Sogetsu, as ordered by the Kazama ninja clan, is chasing Kazuki who left the clan to save their sister Hazuki from the clutches of Amakusa.
It's funny seeing the 2 brothers. Fire and water. They dont get along well in real life. Respect eachother. But one is like, you to calm and timid man. The other is like, you have a nasty temper. But brothers they are. Will fight to death for one another.
Mind you this goes on while I'm at work too. Another reason I'm quiet now. Very focused.

Ah, the game of my childhood. And my main pick.
Still remember the input for his dp water geyser, instead of normal dp, the best reliable input was two half forward circle.
The heavy rage version of the water geyser, super super op, extreme plus frame on block. You can die in chip damadge in just under 10 sec, of repeated spam.
Sogetsu's finishing move is definitely a Brutality not Fatality.

I think it is "konna hazu wa nai noni", which means something like "how could this happen" or "this shouldn't have happened".

Yeah, the regular mid-air move may be input pretty much just as a simple half-circle motion. The tigerknee variant instantly off the ground can be pretty hard on a keyboard, and is inconsistent for me.
SS3 has the best input interpreter though, there I can do both variants prolly 95% of the time even on a keyboard.
It also depends which game/version/port is being played. Players using keyboards I advise to stay away from the "neogeo collection" as half-circle moves are nigh impossible to do on a keyboard there.
