Great ride Joseph, i think everything is right, tamang timpla lahat - according to your body strength, mindset, pacing, target completion, reasonable time at stops [7'11s] , etc.. this will be a good study for me as well if ever i'll do a 400, i think pareho tayong nasa 300km last Dec/Subic, solo - though i am way far from your average maintaining speeds hehe, ride safe and hope to meet/see you in Subic soon! *subscribed na pala ako dito, pa subs na rin haha!
