I facepalmed really hard when they insisted on keeping their dainty fragile humanity up by "saving" the file keeper. There are TONS of WAYS to keep humanity at the time like this. She didn't wanna be "rescued", she clearly had a dangerous mental illness, ALL RED FLAGS and still Ayaz just brushed it off just like how they brushed the jewel retrieval subplot off. There are much better ways to stretch the story but this ain't it.
Also I was frustrated that all they had to do was fly to a cave system LMAO I don't know what the cave systems are like overseas but in my state of Missouri we have countless caves and a lot of them are large enough for tours and are set up for them with trains in the caves and electricity, that kind of thing. So all you would have to do is find a cave where you can land next to or a cave that's close enough for you to drive and boom. Problem solved. Why are they acting like a man-made bunkers are the only thing that can protect you LMAO

Unique story, good watch. The biggest face palm that got me was the fact that jet fuel will go bad but the cars seem to run just fine.

Why can't we have an apocalypse story where it is the survivor's struggle against whatever it is that the apocalypse caused. Why do they always have to devolve into the same story of "humans are the real monsters after all".... YAWN.... that's been done to death, even in this show it was done on at least 3 separate occasions.
Get a pen and a page or a computer and write us the best novel to have ever existed!!!! 🎉❤
Humans are the real monsters. Remember covid and how we could have just stayed indoors for a month and killed the virus, but we didn't and have to live with it for over a year?

@@leonleon2276 it's ADHD but for most women who get diagnosed later in life , some women /girls don't have the hyperactivity. When they were doing the study on ADHD they only looked at boys, which one of the signs was hyperactivity. I was 52yrs old when I was diagnosed with ADD, both my children have it as well, as it runs in families 😊.

Who in the Hell wrote out this storyline for a TV show? Flying and landing and flying to Canada back to Belgium, then to Bulgaria? And Laura the caregiver woman performs surgery on the pilot when he develops Blood poisoning from the bullet wound from Gallo a few hours ago? The foods DNA spoiled it of nutritional value? The fuel goes bad because it's organic so they found some hidden under the river in Antwerp, found the connections and filled a truck to fuel the same plane with the blowout window? And Zara had to sell a kidney to afford her sons emergency life saving surgery, which some Russian Blackmarket surgeon took out through her stomach like a cesarean kidney birth? And the soldiers wanting to kill Sylvie for killing the NATO Gallo because he was a soldier, Sylvie was a soldier in Afghanistan too? Then the Svalbard seed bank is the only place to get food supplies? And who made Matieu the boss just because he was the planes co-pilot? This is so stupid? So many twists and goofy storylines added on every episode and the complete crazy premise of the whole thing? So dumb..
If a Captain is not present onboard a plane, the co-pilot is Captain by default. Maybe learn a thing or two before opining on how crazy a plot is. This is a crazy plot, but many of the things you took issue with are insane.
@@Sniperboy5551 on the ground No Flight Crew are in charge? Just bc he was the copilot doesn't mean he has any skills or authority over people when they are off the plane? Any Sane survivor would protect the copilot and make him stay on the plane, seeing as He is the only person who can fly said plane?? What if they were gathering food and the copilot opens a door and some scared survivor shoots him in the head??? Gather all the seeds and powdered milk you can until you realize your only person who can fly the plane is dead and you are screwed.....thats just logic, I didn't opine upon the situation? I have matriculated to the highest level of education. Don't argue or try to outsmart me. It sickens me and makes me sick, peasant.

I know it's a decent series but I'm always critical of the logic and science.
The equator is better than whichever hemisphere is in summer. Sunrise and sunset is very predictable at the equator, or close to it, regardless of the season.
If it were June, then they'd still have 10 or so hours of night in Hawaii to find the whatever the fuck. That should be enough time.
I'd be checking to see if there are any nuclear reactors in HI. There's probably at least one. That means it will go supercritical eventually, without humans to maintain its systems.
That's true of virtually all 280+/- currently active reactors in the US, and some 500+/- world wide.
That results in a lot of Chernobyl type events. But worse. Much MUCH worse.
I support nuclear power, but new designs are needed that eliminate this possibility and we have those designs but we haven't built any new plants in decades.
I support nuclear energy, but it's very possible that those reactors will be our most long lasting impact on this magnificent planet. A meltdown will poison surrounding land for millennia.
But even then, nature will find a way. That radiation will slowly dissipate. Animals will evolve.
We worry about Earth, and for good reason. But the Earth, our Mother, will endure anything we can do. Life on Esrth will rebound.
The Esrth will absolutely be fine. It might take a million years, but that's hardly noticeable on geological timescales. Life has existed here for BILLIONS of years, tho most of that was as simple, single celled orgs.
So when we say we need to save the Earth, we really mean we need to preserve its human-safe status.
In other words, The Eart is fine. It will always be fine. But we're fucked
