BALCONY GARDENING IN Fluctuating Weather |Crow attack|

Crows attacked my garden due to the use of kitchen leftovers as manure which I actually cover with a thick layer of soil and now I try to cover with containers to reduce damage.
my seedlings have been struggling, it's summer but it doesn't feel warm enough for the seedlings to grow.
