I saw chicken attack a few years ago, and today I just found out chicken pig attack and this exists, and i almost cried. Its so beautiful, only a true artist could make such a beautiful song. I want more, no i NEED more. This is just pure art and im honored to have heard this magic. I am filled with remorse for those people that havent heard these songs, because this is what cures depression and suicide, this is just beautiful.

Rats are cute and friend shaped. I just imagine that Takeo’s character grew up on a farm, and when he nearly lost it all due to thieves, he learned how to converse with animals and became intuned with their true power and nature, and became… kinda like a martial arts Dr. Dolittle and Steve Erwin crossover, treating the animals as peers rather than mere pets or stock.
Plus, I like that the chicken accountant helps in the conclusion, and isn’t just a one off. Chekhov’s Gun, my dude!

These videos with Master Ischi, very fine yodeler and friend of ever more creatures, always make me smile. I didn't know you had made more and am so excited to have found them! I don't know that they have the budget for Year of the Tiger...Rabbit, Sheep, Cow, Dog, Snake, and Horse should be doable; Monkey, maybe not that hard. Tiger and Dragon would NOT be easy. There's also the fact that you probably don't have to transform tigers or dragons into human-shaped ninjas in order to get them to be effective fighters. Horses and cattle would probably do okay as horses and cattle, too. And dogs are ALREADY hired to fight criminals by police forces all over the world. But I'd be down for Takeo fighting evil with his rabbit, sheep, and garter-snake friends.

Long form: I know it's all in fun, and it's meant to be a bit corny, but I really, truly love Takeo's voice and the Gregory Brothers' writing. For years, I've explained your work to my kids the same as I have with Lisa Gerrard's work: the lyrics or sounds may come off as nonsense, but the point is the music that comes from within us. So often, in writing songs, we get caught up too much on the words, and it loses the feeling and translation. I think that's why I gravitate so much, in moods and phases, to music in languages I don't understand --- I can just appreciate the point as the artists intended.
