There are so many technically gifted guitarists today. Yet there are few musicians who can move people through their music. Gary was one of the few: He always did his best and put his mind and soul into what he was playing. In my opinion, he was absolutely one of the best guitarists that ever lived. Thank you, Gary, for the wonderful music.

I've played guitar for over 35yrs at a pretty high level but there are just some songs I won't jamm along to. This is defo one of those masterpieces that should just be left alone.
God bless Gary and thank you.

What a tone. What a feeling. Nobody else comes close when playing this. He lets the tone sing and sustain. Thats the difference that lifts this guy up there with the best. Feeling. RIP Gary. ❤️

By the looks of him he had congestive heart failure or it was just starting, the bloating is one of the first signs. Gary I love you and your music. Thank fully we still have your music and films. Enjoy the freedom and love of heaven.

Yeh the weight gain in him was shocking. Didn't stop him playing as well as he'd ever played though. One of the all time great guitarists.

That guitar is moaning, groaning, weeping and crying all at the same time. During the last part it's like she's crying in despair for her master.
