short summary: Issei Hyoudou Sekiryuutei managed to kill the beast of the apocalypse but at a high cost the life of his friend and rival Valí Lucifer who sacrificed himself to kill his grandfather and weaken the beast, when that fight ended Issei devastated by the death of his friend He only mourned his death and when he was found some of the leaders confused the scene imagining that he had murdered Valí, for which he was accused and almost sentenced unjustly, but he was saved by his almost father figure Azazel who, seeing how everyone alone They gave him those cold and horrible words, they gave him his latest invention that took him to another world where upon arriving he felt special connections that he would come to know throughout his stay in that world.
