- We took Salty and Burnie to LS Fest Las Vegas for the first passes on the new combo and to cruise the Las Vegas Strip... The Cops didn't like the parachute and I fought the car, but April crushed it in the burnout competition!

Congrats on your build brother. I highly recommend you put some very good padding on your funny car cage, cruising on the streets is extremely dangerous one side swipe or T-bone and your gone or a vegetable. I am running a racetec seat with full wraparound support.
Was gonna say the same thing. What would normally be a minor accident could be really bad with that cage. Please get some padding.
Same here. 25.4 cage in #squarebodyfromhell , and using a Racetech containment seat. Love that seat!!!!!!!!
Burnie is still the best sounding burnout vehicle out there.

You need to put some foam or some kind of protection on your cage for when you are street driving and don’t have a helmet on. Guys have died from hitting their heads on the cage in simple accidents on the street

Bro glad to see it all come together been following the build. But for the love of god please dont drive to much on the street with that roll cage with no helmit lol. I got chills when i seen ya . I got hit by a dumb ass in my race/ street car the cage saved me but i slamed my head in the hoop bar even in the harnesse

@@BuildTuneRace Hell yeah I support it. also try a complete fan shroud and open up the nose to help cool radiator. Mines sits similar to yours just lower . I took of the slim spal fan and added a fan and a shroud set it up to pull and open up the nose . with the hood on idle temps stayed around 190* driving was around 180* on a 99* day
